technically it depends on the quality of the adapters, all of them are just 4 wires to 4 wires, if you get too much voltage drop aka high resistance in adapters it won't work properly

Afaik the adapters are just wires directly connecting the pins, no conversion going on. So theoretical it is just like a cable. So it could get als a long as the longest cable that doesn't need a repeater.

Basically take the z fold 2, make it faster and make the inside camera worse for the screen to cover the camera almost convincingly
