For a quick mix up check out "Cacio e pepe" its a delicious pasta dish thats just as simple as American spaghetti. Its really my go to simple quick single pan/pot dish.
I know where this is in Arizona as I live in Phoenix. I am curious as to where the camping site you stay at is. Is it off of the 95 north or south of I-10? Or right in Quartzsite?
Looks like fun. Does anyone go out there with food trucks or ice cream trucks? If not I bet people would send some if you let whatever food truck know time and location. Some of those food trucks are like taxi drivers. Some own their own rig and just trying to go to locations that will have customers.

Yes large gatherings like this should be permitted …the problem with these events they is they get to big and everybody else Will need to pay the price and more and more BLM closing , the sixty’s / Seventies are long gone , bunch of Hippies dancing On Top of their Skoolies ..lets get real this is just bad image overall for us Folk who want to live low key and not stir up the pot And do everything we can keep our BLM lands open.
