- Very cold but amazing day out in the woods. Nothing better than a nice walk through the woods with a good friend. Nate and I spent a good 6-7 hours walking this creek last weekend. Found some absolutely gorgeous stones ranging from jasper, agates, and petrified wood amongst other things. as always thanks for watching. Peace & Love.
8:49 red and white waterlevel is my favorite stone of the show!
Well well well what do we have here!? Thanks for sharing! Gonna have to bring your daughter on one of these adventures!
@@livinglife4309 definitely will once the weather gets a little better
Amazing video!! Thanks for sharing!!
I just subscribed to your channel!!
Greetings from Greece!!
@@GREEKEXPLORERS thank you so much! Appreciate you!
That looks awesome. I don't think it's a silly show. Can YOU do anything with those? Show us how to polish them up or something? I do hot sauce fermentation these days. I was thinking a couple of those round crystal looking ones polished up would be nice to chuck in at the top of the jars as fermentation weights. Well I think so any ways and would give it a bash. Thanks for showing me that beautiful little slice of your countryside, enjoyed it :).
@@JasonOtto thank you so much. I do have a 15lb tumbler. I'm currently taking a break from tumbling though after a year straight. Thank you so much for your kind words.
How many pounds of rocks do you typically haul out from the creek on a trip like this? And what do you do with them? Was I correct in seeing that you showed us a beautiful clear amber-colored agate and then threw it back? I am still trying to figure out the location of this hunt. 😜
@@CowgirlDragonSlayer it all depends. My agates usually make the rock garden. I've carried up to 20lbs out which doesn't seem like alot until your 2 miles and many hours up a creek and you have to haul them out lol.
