Nice interview video with Michael about HPYT! I guess it's time for a refresher about the ETF. The whole point of being a PII is having experts to manage the money for us. Harvest knows what they are doing, so we do not need to. Thanks Adrian!
Great video as always. Appreciate the info about HPYT, personally my wife and I have a fairly large amount in this and we both always appreciate interviews and we both continually learn...Ty again!
Thank you for this interview Adrian! It solidifies and reaffirmed why I started accumulating HPYT! I also mix up the ticker all the time! Great tip to remember, Happy T...lol..Thank you! Great interview!
I've tried investing in various things that didn't work out as I hoped. Now, I'm looking at ETFs as a more reliable option. What are the best 5 ETFs for a beginner looking to invest a lump sum?
In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.
Thank you Adrian for making this video i really appreciated the content. Michael is a class act. I am really looking forward for the new products from Harvest. As for myself i reinvest 100% of my income and i am not trying to time the market. I buy these products because i love the fact that i have an extra income that i can use in case of an emergency without having to sell my shares. Keep up the good work Adrian and a all in one fund is a great idea!!!
As an investor in HPYT, this video addressed a few concerns I personally had about the fund. No worries here. Harvest is as solid as they come. Thanks for another great clip, Adrian.
Same here. I've been slowly building my HPYT position and it's taken a huge dive recently. BUT as long as those distributions keep coming, I'm happy to keep adding on.
Great interview! I'd love to see a consumer staples covered call ETF. There are defensive options for healthcare and utilities, but I'm surprised there's none for consumer staples, given its stable, low-drawdown record-ideal for a PII strategy.
Thank you Harvest! I made nice cap gains on NVHE. Yes to more cc+lev single stocks. Holding on to HPYT at 17% yield, hope no div cut as price is steadily declining.
Awesome!! I’m a really big fan of the new ETFs (NVHE, LLHE, MSHE) I didn’t think anything would come out on the Canadian side as good as YTSL but here we are!! I’ve been loading up on LLHE since it dropped after earnings!
You know I was going to buy ytsl right before last earnings and got distracted and never put an order in. It's bittersweet knowing that my instinct was right but missing the gain and getting that killer dividend.
Hey Adrian, thanks for the video. What's the key difference between HPYT-A and HPYT-B, other than the Market Price. The distributions are the same, so why pay higher for one than the other. Thank you.
You had me at 8:19 :) and so it has happen and is happening. Oil is in overstock with Saudi already flooded market with 5.2 mil b/pd. Drillers may be the play for at min 2025. Baker and Hughes (BRK) had had 28% growth ytd with 2%div for 2024. This all according to bloomberg News. It is a single stock, yes, but interesting to drill and cap with this company. will be an immediately profit on that for 2025, rather than sitting on future oil.
Beware of any fund earning excessive yields above 20% because they are more suited for people who want all their capital back in short time -- like those who are terminally ill with very short life expectancy. Remember yield does not equal return especially with the Yield Max funds.
@@dkyrtata6688 Its called understanding volatility and understanding the growth of bitcoin. You should go to spurrel CPA and they will tell you that bitcoin has gone up 23168.9% + over the last 10 years. Gold has gone up 176.5%. 25 year change for Gold is 724.2%. Alternative investments beat TSX. Dont be late to the party.
Not sure where you got the -17% from but I do see that HPYT returned -1.52% YTD as of the end of October. During the same period, XBB (index) return +3.10% YTD. These are total return numbers so they include all the distribution. This product may fit the bill for someone's financial situation but losing total return when even the passive safest bond index is making 3% is just...wow...lol
Trump win didn't help the bond market. His promise of reduced corporate tax rates drove up yield rates which hurts long-term bonds like TLT within HPYT. If Trump keeps his promise of lower tax revenues, long-term bonds will be hurt as inflation will likely increase in the US.
My concern is the fund has been going down for the last 6 months. I bought it at $11.54 and now $10.33. The yeild is nice but not good if you loose on principle. Rs .to is the same . My stops will trigger soon. I may short these funds because it seems safe enough now. Just get out before dividend payout.
Yes, selling low can be a lucrative strategy for growth -oriented investors especially when every fund eventually recovers. But it would play out differently for true income investors who get paid over 10% while waiting patiently with no intent to ever sell.

I am in the same boat i have a good portion of my portfolio in HPYT.
@SteveCantin-d1z i am happy with the fund soo far..income is great and will add still on weakness...g.l
Same here and will buy the dip this week
My favorite ETF provider! I opened a position in HPYT yesterday, at close to 18% yield it's not too bad for a "boring" investment 😁
You got it at a great price! I'm DCAing mine down but still happy/HYPT with it.
Thank you for this interview Adrian! It solidifies and reaffirmed why I started accumulating HPYT! I also mix up the ticker all the time! Great tip to remember, Happy T...lol..Thank you! Great interview!
Me too. I always mix up the ticker as HYPT (but that way it would not be "Happy-T"). Anybody else?

Thank you, I already added VOO and QQQM, can you share this Pro with me.
Yeah, Jennifer Kristie Taylor use her name to look her up.
USCL and CNCL are doing incredibly well for me, for what it's worth
1st comment from Van City, BC. Great video, as always, Adriano.

Thanks for explaining "low volumes" in a clear and concise method.
This is one of the best interviews Adrian. Very well. Exsplain very for new people
My favorite cc etf provider. I dont know, I just feel Harvest is more secure and the best in that realm. :)
Exciting stuff. Love the single stock CC ETFs.

Very informative video. Love the consistency of Harvest’s c/c etfs.
Great interview ! Thanks Michael and Adriano !
Thanks for asking my question. Great video
I really like these single stock CC ETFS.

Excellent épisode ! I always like to have funds managers answers our question!
OMG that was awesome! Answered all my questions. I imagine Apple must be next for the high income and i love the NVDH. HTA my fav. Thanks Adrian.
Loved the video and thanks to you Adrian and the Harvest team and hoping to see Meta get launched.

Curious to know, cuz im been debating which one to invest, why did you pick NVHE/MSHE vs. YNVD/MSFY?
Adriano thank you for the access to the PMs. Vital for our research process. Please keep them coming and great questions as usual.
Sold hpyt, and bought ytsl before election, 😁😁😁😁😁
nice one!

I'm a big Harvest fanboy.
Just sold my HYPT today. Brutal NAV erosion. Couldn’t stomach it
I agree, bad advice to buy this
Michael Dominates!
is that an Les Automatistes painting in the background? Jean-Paul Riopelle or something of the sort? Wow, if it is!
Thanks for covering my question Adriano! 🙏
I am not sure if HPYT is for me. But I do love HTAE and HTA from Harvest
Warren Buffet holds record amount of cash in Berkshire
yes, some $325 billion after the recent big sale of Apple
therefore he is trying to time the market. do what buffett does not by what he says publicly.
Would love to see a leveraged version.
me 2
Me looking at my Yield Max ETFS making 10k per year in monthly dividends.

My biggest holding is HPYT. If you know, you know.
Same here. Once TLT bounces we will be laughing. But no rush because accumulating drips just makes it better.
@ my man!
but why, its been performing horribly?
All in one plus a dot U version please
Hpyt is TLTW Adriano
indeed
Markets at all-time-highs, but HPYT with a horrendous performance in 2024. Minus 17%.
Its not minus 17.
I hope you realize that this is a bond fund

What it pays its down on the same ammount of payed income for a year.
