Hey ATPL here! I love your explanation, very well visualized Good example of how to take a difficult topic that could be discussed all day, summarize it and teach it in an understandable way even for those outside the industry.
For some reason I love learning about how to deal with aircraft failures inflight. This was very interesting, and I look forwards to more failure videos in the future!
Thank you for making this informative video tutorial explaining this key principle of flight. Thank you for making this tutorial showing us how to set up failures in any player-controlled aircraft using the DCS World missions editor.
I never fly with failures, I have a hard time flying perfectly good aircraft. Nevertheless, taking a fully loaded A-10 out of Liwa one day, I had an utterly random, R engine fire/failure that wouldn't extinguish. I jettisoned stores and made a rough RTB and landing. Actually, kinda/sorta followed the engine out procedure w/o ever studying it. I had so much fun, I incorporated a few low chance options for failure in my settings. It has made routine flight just a little less routine.

Thanks Thunderace, I know most people didn't stick around for the mission editor part of the video, so I'm glad you found that bit useful too.
Nicely done. Pretty kitty :)
Amazing video forwarding to next one! :)
Keep up the amazing videos!

With your trackir mate just unplug the USB and plug it back in and DCS will detect it
Helpful tip, thank you.
