I actually like when he does that. Some times I feel like host really want to get the last word. I also realized recently that Luke is very methodical with timing. He would always yell at BC for messing up the timing of stuff.
It is kind of hilarious but it would lengthen the video significantly
To be fair, Dan is answering the fans here, but I agree. A bit of marinating goes a long way.
In Luke’s defense, a guest like Dan is very thorough with his answers and may not always warrant a follow up.
However, it is quite hilarious just the same.

As great as this interview was, which it certainly was, I feel like this is one of those rare pairings that would've worked much better in a longer format. Like a JRE three hour episode type of thing. Would love, love, love for this to become a more regular occurrence if at all possible.

I think Max should fight Ilia at 155 for that BMF belt. It's a big ppv fight that Max will get points on and not have to go down to 145. And it'll buy him time to either get that Conor fight or get the chance to fight for that LW belt.

What did I miss? Did Max go on a recent losing streak after the last Volk fight? What evidence is there that 145 is no longer "suited to him"? Volk has his #, but he was a level ahead of the rest of the division. He was making rising contenders look unworthy for title shots. Until the super tough weight cut when his age shows, he should stay at 145. He has no shot against big guys like Islam or arman, imo, his best shot for the belt is 145. Does Dan really think Connor will ever make 155 again? That fight will always be on the table because Max can always party his way to 170😂
Being able to hear Dan’s thoughts without Verona is an absolute blessing

The problem with Max at 155 is that he's go WAY less chance of winning the title against Makhachev than he does against Ilia. a bigger stronger god-tier grappler or a smaller striker?
