I have a one acre, sloped cemetery that takes forever to weed whack. What is the best option for me. I live in Hawaii, I need autonomous charging. I think a tracked mower would be better.
Hi there! I’ve been watching your videos for a while and some of them have been really helpful, especially with the boundary whire. Now I have a question. I have a 2021 430x. Can it be updated with the wireless EPOS Plug-in ?
It works . This guy is Wrong. It see through the house. EPOS . I'm impressed with how it works. Almost an acre. 450xh. 7 zones. It's Capable. Systematic mowing is cool.
We put out this video BEFORE the one that you commented on. th-cam.com/video/dq6P6ssT-AU/w-d-xo.html I didn't say it definitely won't work or can't work. I warned that there is a possibility that it won't work and why it might not work based off of MANY installations on a wide variety of properties. Having it work on 1 property out of 1 definitely doesn't mean that it will work on ALL properties and around all buildings.
You and Husqvarna are being very cautious about what they can and can’t do. I understand that. It would suck to buy one and it didn’t do what you thought it could. I will say that I have one and it doesn’t need line of sight, it works under trees, on the other side of buildings, and even over a hill from the reference station. Biggest limitation I see is GPS straight to the mower but that works on about anything short of under a forest or a narrow passage between two buildings.
Want to come here to PA and see all the places where we had ones that worked 2 weeks ago and now won't work under single trees due to their being more leaves on the trees? We'll gladly show you the multiple properties where we have had this issue again this year.
@@RoboticMowerServices Would it solve the problem under trees and between buildings if the mower could directly see the reference station from those places?
We've Just done three 550 Epos units all brand new stock have come with the 5 blade heads, we have also ordered some 5 blade heads for our other older 550 units as we've found the 3 blade heads struggle on much bigger areas
This guy is totally wring. Theres literally videos of the mower working through an entire church building no problem. Just youtube 550. The reference point is on a shed not even higher then the church building. Commerical building are more singal abosrvers then any residential property will be. This guy is full of cap not facts.
You realize that THIS is actually MY video showing it working through the church?? th-cam.com/video/dq6P6ssT-AU/w-d-xo.html So before you want to claim I'm "full of cap not facts" maybe do a little more research
looking forward to see these in the wild.
Great video
someone should update the soft ware in the old 450HX to do lines and patterns..with wires it would be pretty precise.

For Epos models, does it need cellular signal? I live in an area with little to no signal.
Yes. You will not get good results if you do not have cellular service and the mower will not be able to get software updates over the air

Just had 2 fresh 550's come in at the of the week and still no 5 blade disk here.
I’m confused. Is t this just a 450X with epos? The 450 NERA is the new models?
Yes, this is just a 450X with EPOS. NERA is not available here in North America yet, so we have they gave us 450 EPOS versions.
@@RoboticMowerServices What is the difference between EPOS and NERA?
@RoboticMowerServices yeah what's the difference? & why can't we get the NERA in north America?
@@RoboticMowerServices What does the NERA acronym stand for?
