It's not working for me... after filling it out all it will say is: Incorrect date value: " for column 'dateofdeparture' at row 1 What does this mean I've never been to the Philippines before. Please help
@bradjohnson482 Hey, I ended up putting in a different date, like the day I was leaving to go to the Philippines, and it worked just fine. The airline should also provide a paper copy on your flight before you land at your destination. So everything should be good

But on my arriving flight into Manila, the Korean Air flight attended gave me a paper to fill out, and afterward, it was pretty straightforward. Handed the paperwork to customs and told them how long I was staying and showed them my passport and when to luggage claim
