    His knowledge is uncanny. 😉👍🏾🎬😀
    He needs more exposure...

    Not many people are this good at explaining things. You didn’t assume anything and you always made sure you told the student exactly where to look and where to click. Well done. If I ever need more training or if someone wants a recommendation I’ll send them to your website. Great work.

    The frame mode is also great for fixing wrong tracking data. So if your tracked object is occluded by another object, you can adjust the shape at only this frame to fix it or you can remove the trackers

    Thanks for the video! I have a question: is there any particular reason to show the tracking on the color page? Does it work similarly on the fusion page, or is it somewhat different?

    • @endokrin7897
      @endokrin7897 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah, this!
      I have seen TH-cam videos where they use tracking in the Fusion page, and other videos using tracking in the Color page.
      I think it has something to do with what you want done to the clip (grading a clip versus a call out text) but I'm not sure. 🤔

    This seems easier than using fusion window to track - so what can you do with this tracking window once you have tracked something? Can you stick an image to the tracked area like as in fusion, or is this only for colour grading this tracked area? Is this an alternative to the fusion workflow?

    Fantastic video tutorial, thanks! I have one question though... What shortcuts did you use to start and stop tracking? I've been looking through Resolve's keyboard shortcut settings and haven't been able to find anything there. Thank you again!

    That was very interesting and I’ll surely use those tricks. What is the benefit of using the tracker in frame mode compared to using keyframes? In this example it seems to me that it’s basically the same workflow and the same result.

    Hi!!! Awesome video! But, brings me to a frequent problem I step on: when working with more complex masks, even tho I keyframe the movements from the beginning to the end, when I start move the playhead, the mask get all crazy and running really out of what I previously have keyed....!!! Any tip on how to work with that?! (Hope I made myself clear.....! =/ )

    I'm having an issue where a transition is set between clips, and it won't let me track before the transition has finished. It just won't show up in the power winder as if that part of the clip which overlaps another clip does not exist.
    Edit: I just deleted my transition so the whole clip showed up in the colour screen. This is a bug they need to fix I think

    it shoulda been mentioned, that resolve is ass when it comes to tracking things without very stark difference in colors. i was tracking a piece of white paper, but everytime my pink reddish white hand got it front, it would start tracking that instead.
