Do you still have the apple account this iphone was signed into from which this was downloaded from? If so could you sign into it on an old ios device (ios 10 or older, this probably didn't get an update after September 2013 [when 64-bit app support was introduced] and updates with 64 bit support weren't mandatory until June 1, 2015 there for making it 32-bit and ios 11 dropped support for 32 bit apps) and see if it's in the purchased section of the app store and download it and jailbreak the device if it's not already so you can extract the ipa and share it? People want this app. There's even a lost media article on it on the lost media archive fandom. (I doubt you still have the app on that iphone and might not even have the phone anymore in the first place.)
