I was born & raised here for 20 years & Portland's like running down badly, stores & company's are leaving, more crime, etc, terrible infrastructure. They need to get their act together
Haha this was filmed before sunrise, on one block, at the height of lockdown 2020. Not sure what you're expecting to see, a party in the streets? 😊 And Seattle was going through the same thing, riots, CHOP/CHAZ craziness.... Glad that year is over, ha! Both cities have a waaays to go still to recover their vitality, but it's happening.

Yup. Used to drive down to Portland for cracker barrel. Not anymore :(

@@rybone6 even in midday, in downtown portland, it was awful. Boarded up windows, broken glass, blood, ash, graffitti
