Rating this moveset because yes.
combo damage/overall damage: this moveset has a pretty basic 200k damage combo. It deals 32k damage per move instead of the normal 33-35k. Slightly below average.
mobility: this moveset has a lot of mobility in terms of moves that target players, however it could use one or two more escaping moves. Slightly above average.
range: the range is pretty good due to senko bomb. Average.
combo starters (mainly focuses on block breakers): this moveset only has 1 block breaker. Raiden sab 1st isn't even a guaranteed block break if not landed properly and is really predictable due to it's 3 handisngs and extra start-up. However moves like Bruce ken 3rd and senko bomb carry this moveset. Average.
combo extenders (you can use them after m1s and air combos, and you can m1 after them aswell): this moveset only has 6 combo extenders, which is less than the usual 8. Plus, most of the combo extenders barely even stun and are extremely basic. Below average.
punishing moves: due to moves like Bruce ken 3rd and senko bomb, this movesets punishing is good. Average.
pressure: this movesets targeting mobility helps it here. Slightly above average.
s/defense: this moveset has the normal s and is good at punishing but lacks in mobility in terms of running away. Average.
chi/stm cost & cool downs: pretty standard, although senko bomb can cost a lot if missed (tai moves balance it tho). Average.
modes: bat curse is pretty meh, but Raiden saberu's q spec block breaks and deals 67k+ dmg on a 5 second cool down. Slightly above average.
overall moves: this moveset chose a few good moves and a few meh moves, but the main problem is that the moves don't really synergize well. Sure, senko bomb basically works with any pressure move, but minus a few combo extenders u dont have many combinations with these moves. Slightly below average.
flaws/counters: the moveset's moves lack variety, meaning each move only does 1-2 things (aka giving u points in only 1-2 categories) instead of 2-4 which u should strive for. For example, Bruce ken 1st is really only used for combos, while something like kamaki akuma 3rd can combo (can combo better than Bruce I might add) while also being used to punish and start combos.
anything else worth mentioning: this moveset is decent, but Raiden and Bruce really hold it back. Bruce is outdated and is only good at combos but isn't even better than most meta bloodlines at combos, while Raiden just works weird, cuz it's counter is hard to combo extend with and can glitch comp maps easily, while it's 1st move is predictable and also difficult to extend with.
rating: 4.2/10 (below average but still usable).
