✅A plump wood pigeon is a frequent visitor to our garden. This particular bird, a regular, finds the bird feeding shelf irresistible. It's a sight to behold as the bird, with its iridescent neck, descends gracefully onto the shelf. The bird’s appetite is impressive; it quickly devours the tasty seeds we provide. Other birds, smaller and more colorful, often gather nearby, but the wood pigeon seems oblivious to them, focused solely on its meal. It’s a daily ritual, this visit from the bird. We've grown quite fond of our feathered friend and look forward to its daily appearance. The bird’s presence brings a touch of the wild into our garden, a reminder of the nature that exists just beyond our doorstep. Sometimes, other birds, emboldened by the wood pigeon's confidence, will join it on the shelf, but more often than not, the bird reigns supreme, the undisputed king of our bird feeding station.❎
