Ever since I started talking about Drop Servicing and driving traffic to the keyword with my advertising, I’ve seen all of these random videos popping up.
It’s great to see people talking about drop servicing, but the problem is 95% of the drop servicing videos I’ve watched have been made by people who aren’t actually drop servicing.
Sadly this has meant a lot of people are misled in their pursuit of drop servicing knowledge. To set the record straight, I’ve decided to create a completely free beginner tutorial on how to start drop servicing.
In this step-by-step guide, we cover everything you could ever need to know to start a successful drop servicing business so you can go out there and start getting results with yours right away.
We are going to cover drop servicing questions such as, but not limited to:
    What Is Drop Servicing?
    Why Does It Work?
    Who Should Do Drop Servicing?
What Are The Best Drop Servicing Niches Right Now?
Can I Do Drop Servicing If I’m Young, Old, from X Country?
How Much Money Do I Need To Start?
How Do You Build A Drop Servicing Business?
As well as all of the stages you’ll need to go through with step-by-step instructions, including:
    Mindset Phase
    Research Phase
    Build Phase
    Optimization Phase
    Automation Phase
    Scaling Phase
By the end of this video, you’re going to know everything there is to know about drop servicing from the guy who originated the term so you can go out there and successfully start your own drop servicing business.

If you want to drop service ads and social media marketing on different platforms for clients-how do the clients get the ad that the freelancer made? Like do you just find out what the client wants and tell that to the freelancer and send the client the product, or is it a more complex process. I really need advice

It's difficult to give a specific timeframe for when you'll start getting sales as it depends on various factors, including how much time and effort you're willing to put in, the quality of your website, offer, copywriting, and targeting, as well as the amount of money you're willing to invest.
Our course is designed to provide you with the knowledge, coaching, and templates to build a successful drop servicing business. Many of our students have seen results within a few weeks to a few months, but it ultimately depends on your dedication, consistency, and implementation of the strategies and tactics we teach.
We want to emphasize that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Building a business takes time and effort, and success is not guaranteed. However, we are committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to succeed.
If you're willing to put in the work and follow our step-by-step guidance, we believe that you can achieve your goals. We offer lifetime access to the course and coaching, so you can take your time to learn and implement at your own pace.

Are SMMA and Drop servicing actually the same business model?

    • @DylanSigleyDropServicing
      @DylanSigleyDropServicing  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Drop Servicing: In drop servicing, you act as an intermediary between clients and service providers. You offer various services such as web design, graphic design, copywriting, SEO, social media maarketing or other digital services to clients. When a client orders a service, you outsource the work to a freelancer or an agency that specializes in that service. Your role is to coordinate and manage the project, ensuring that the client's needs are met.
SMMA (Social Media Marketing Agency): SMMA focuses specifically on social media marketing services. As an SMMA, you offer social media management, advertising, content creation, and other social media-related services to clients. Your agency handles all aspects of social media marketing for your clients, from strategy development to content posting and ad campaigns. You could run a social media marketing agency in the drop servicing business model.

Here is an example of an outreach strategy and how you can find clients:
      Step 1: Identifying Potential Clients
      a) LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn to identify potential clients by joining relevant industry groups and participating in discussions. This platform allows you to connect with professionals and businesses in your target market.
      b) LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Upgrade to Sales Navigator for advanced search capabilities. You can filter potential clients by industry, company size, location, and role, making it easier to find decision-makers.
      c) Google Searches: Conduct Google searches to find businesses outside of LinkedIn. Use industry-specific keywords, geographic locations, and business directories to compile a list of potential clients.
      Step 2: Research and Personalization
      a) Deep Dive into Each Potential Client: Gather as much information as you can about each potential client’s business, challenges, and industry trends. This information will be crucial for crafting your outreach message.
      b) Use ChatGPT-4 for Hyper-Personalization: Input the detailed information you've gathered into ChatGPT-4 to generate personalized outreach messages. The more specific the details, the more tailored and impactful your message will be.
      c) Leverage WebPilot Plugin in ChatGPT 4: Utilize the WebPilot plugin to analyze each potential client's website. This tool can provide insights into their business model, services, and potential areas for improvement, enabling you to craft even more personalized and relevant outreach messages. Just provide the client’s website address in the prompt.
      Step 3: Outreach Strategy
      a) Email and LinkedIn InMails: Use the contact information obtained from your research to send personalized cold emails or LinkedIn InMails. Your message should briefly introduce yourself, explain how you discovered their business, and clearly state how your drop servicing can solve a problem or add value to their operations. Otherwise, you can try reaching out via Facebook or Instagram but Linkedin usually works best.
      b) Offer Specific Benefits: Highlight specific benefits your services offer, such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, or scaling operations, tailored to the client's identified needs or challenges.
      Step 4: Follow-Up
      a) Persistence Pays Off: Follow up with a phone call or another message if you haven’t heard back in a week. This shows your dedication and can often be the push needed for a response.
      b) Keep It Professional and Friendly: Ensure your follow-up is courteous and professional, reinforcing your offer's value without being overly pushy.
Outreach template example to give you an idea, but with ChatGPT you will be able to personalise it to a great extent:
“Subject: Enhancing [Client’s Business Area] with Specialized Services
      Message:
      Hi [Client’s Name],
I recently came across [Client’s Company] while exploring [Industry/Specific Interest]. I was impressed by [Something Noteworthy About Their Business], and it sparked an idea on how we could collaborate for mutual growth.
Our team specializes in [Your Service], known for [Specific Benefit - e.g., streamlining operations, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction]. Given your company’s [Identify a Challenge or Goal], I believe our services could significantly contribute to your success.
I’d love the opportunity to discuss this further and explore how we can tailor our solutions to fit your needs. Could we schedule a brief call/meeting to dive deeper into potential synergies?
Thank you for considering my proposal, and I look forward to the possibility of working together.
      Best regards,”

In an ideal marketplace, clients would naturally gravitate towards the most cost-effective services that offer the highest quality. However, as observed in economic reality, this rarely occurs. Instead, this market thrives on differentiation. Branding, strategy, marketing, and sales play pivotal roles in influencing the caliber and quantity of clients an entity attracts. For instance, when an offer is crafted to assist retail stores in boosting repeat business and is communicated via email outreach, clients evaluate it based on its merits. They typically do not invest the time and effort required to review the multitude of available options. Thus, the first reason for this phenomenon is market differentiation.
A second factor lies in basic human nature, where individuals seek to minimize their time and effort investments. The third and most crucial reason revolves around value creation. In the drop servicing model, the focus is not merely on connecting freelancers with clients. Instead, it involves establishing a system that provides clients with high-quality services while demanding minimal time and energy on their part. Clients face a significant time and resource burden when seeking and managing freelancers themselves, making it an impractical choice. Countless clients have turned to premium services like ours after experiencing subpar quality and service through platforms like Fiverr. Not all clients prioritize cost savings; they desire excellence, and achieving this hinges on effective strategy and marketing.
In the drop servicing business model, the core objective is to identify and collaborate with exceptional freelancers who can consistently deliver top-tier services. Leveraging their expertise, you can build a reputable online agency offering outstanding services to clients. Expanding your service portfolio by partnering with additional skilled freelancers further enhances your agency's capabilities and value proposition. Ultimately, your success in drop servicing hinges on consistently meeting or surpassing client expectations with exceptional quality services.
There are several additional reasons why companies often choose agencies over individual freelancers:
Expertise and Experience: Agencies typically boast a team of professionals with specialized skills and extensive industry experience. This enables them to offer a wider array of services and a higher level of expertise compared to individual freelancers.
Quality Control: Agencies implement stringent quality control processes to ensure that their work adheres to the highest standards. Multiple layers of review and revision by experts are common practice before delivering the final product to the client.
Reliability: Agencies have a reputation to uphold, making them more likely to be reliable and dependable than individual freelancers. Their team structure allows for seamless project continuity even if one team member is unavailable.
Scalability: Agencies have the flexibility to scale their services up or down to meet client demands swiftly. This level of scalability can be challenging to achieve with individual freelancers who may have limited availability.
In summary, the decision to engage an agency rather than individual freelancers is often driven by the agency's ability to offer specialized expertise, maintain stringent quality control, provide reliability, and scale services according to client needs. These factors collectively contribute to a more comprehensive and dependable service experience for clients.

In general, there are various marketing methods to find potential clients, both free and paid, which includes social media outreach, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, paid advertising, online directories, networking, SEO, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's important to research which approach will best suit your business needs and target audience. Identifying the target audience is the first step towards finding potential clients. Creating valuable content, paid advertising, and SEO can also help. Cold emailing can be a challenging but effective approach to reach out to potential clients, but it's important to comply with anti-spam regulations and only target those who are likely to be interested. Cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach are perfect for starting and can be done manually for free. Targeting specific industries and using advanced search filters are some ways to find leads for cold email marketing. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool that helps sales professionals find, engage, and sell to potential clients on LinkedIn. It can help identify potential clients, build and manage lead lists, get insights and recommendations, engage with potential clients, monitor and track engagement, and collaborate with the team.

I cannot provide legal advice, and the regulations regarding minors' ability to engage in business activities vary by jurisdiction/country. However, in most countries, minors are generally not allowed to enter into legally binding contracts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Drop servicing typically involves entering into contracts with clients, which may require legal agreements to be signed. Therefore, you should check with the laws of your jurisdiction or consult with a lawyer or legal expert to determine if you can legally engage in drop servicing as a minor. Additionally, it's important to consider the practical aspects of running a business as a minor, such as managing finances, taxes, and customer relationships, before starting drop servicing.

Here are some tips on how to find high-quality freelancers and evaluate their work:
      - Look for freelancers on reputable platforms: Use popular freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Toptal. These platforms have rating systems and customer feedback mechanisms that can help you evaluate the quality of the freelancer's work.
      - Check their portfolio and references: Before hiring a freelancer, ask for their portfolio and references. A good freelancer will be happy to provide samples of their work and connect you with previous clients who can vouch for their skills.
      - Conduct a skills assessment: Depending on the nature of the project, you can ask the freelancer to complete a skills assessment or test task to evaluate their skills and see if they can deliver the quality of work you are looking for.
      - Communicate clearly: Set clear expectations and communicate with the freelancer throughout the project to ensure they understand what you want and can deliver it. If you notice any issues, address them promptly to avoid misunderstandings or poor quality work.
      - Provide feedback: After the project is completed, provide feedback to the freelancer. This not only helps them improve but also shows your appreciation for their work.

I completely understand that affordability may be a concern. I would like to suggest that you explore the various free resources available online. I have personally shared many videos on drop servicing and there are numerous articles and guides out there that can provide valuable insights and knowledge on this topic. By taking advantage of these resources, you can gain a better understanding of the industry without having to spend any money, which can be especially beneficial if you're on a tight budget. I understand that these free resources may not provide the same level of guidance as my paid course, but I hope they will be helpful in starting your journey.

Hey Dylan, i just have a question for drop servicing and i hope you can give me a helpful answer.
How do i find free proper clients and where? You mentioned in your blueprint to try to get clients like from the US, Europe, Australia but how do i do it? I am looking for clients into graphic design, digital marketing or maybe even real estate. I know, If I dont invest money, I can invest in time, and Ill do it. I even tried joining facebook groups, telling people that i can provide a service with another freelancer, but everyone refused because they all say that they need the work done first and then they'll get paid. But you said in your blueprint that the client pays you first, and then you pay the freelancer and after that you keep the profit. Can you help me please?

@@DylanSigleyDropServicingThanks for the tips! By the way, I have just 1 more question, and it's about your drop servicing program. When you pay the 1497$, do you just pay it once and then have the program forever? Or is it temporary?

Yes, only once and you get lifetime access.
