I like the idea of using a cart as a mobile power station. 👍

I really enjoyed this video. You said some terminology I'm not really familiar with because I don't know a thing about electronics, but this was really informative. It looks like this will really be good to have over the Predator 9500 I've been wanting to install for the couple of times our power goes down every year if this current POTUS and his administration get their way. Thanks for the video.

Do you think you could jumper cable it to your vehicle to keep the batteries charged using the cars alternator?

It’s typically recommended you charge at no less than 10% of your total amp hour capacity… so if those batteries are 160 amp hours each X 4 your total capacity is 640 ah. 64 amps is the minimum recommended charge rate. View your battery chemistry and manufacturer recommendations to know for sure. I have destroyed batteries in my days and I have learned my lesson.

I agree! These batteries have a total capacity of 400ah, usable probably 200-300 so 40 amps should do, I plan on adding panels to get there, it is a work in progress! Thanks for watching!

What has been your highest Wattage you’ve seen from that HF Briefcase panel while connected to the Renogy 40A charge controller. I had seen a high of 122W in February.

@@thechiefsway2618 Sorry for the super late reply I just noticed today that this comment was here, about a 112 watts so far maximum.
