モントキアラは便利なので、子供連れや奥様が運転しない御家族にも人気ですよね。ただ、我が家みたいに犬連れには交通量が多すぎて空気悪くて厳しいです。
いつか、マレーシアのデンタルクリニック事情について動画にして貰えると嬉しいです。
以前、香港でローカルに勧めて貰った歯医者に行って、即日歯を抜かれてしまい、一時帰国の際に東京の行きつけ歯医者に行ったら、抜かなくても治療できる歯だったのに勿体ない、と御叱りを受けましたｗ 国によって、基準というか優先する医療方針が違うような。。。
たしかに犬がいたら少し不便かもしれません。

歯医者の件は、似たような事が日本の中でも起こり得ると思います。
患者様の性格や状況を見て、クリニックに定期的に通えるかなど、先のリスクも考慮して、それぞれのドクターが治療に優先順位をつけてしまうので。。
信頼関係やコミュニケーションによってドクターの選択する治療が変わってくる事はあります。

Aya san, condominiums are very popular among foreigners maybe because of the security and facilities like gym, pool etc. However there are many landed properties ie terrace or semi d or bungalows that are provided with security and club house as well. Personally I prefer landed property, its more convenient, you don't have to park your car carry your things and take elevator to your unit. You have your own lawn and its more family friendlier. I believe your family house in Nagoya is nicer than this Mont Kiara condo.

@@inMalaysiaOfficial There are many other nice township in Greater Kuala Lumpur, for instant Rimbayu in Shah Alam or Setia Alam area. Very peaceful and convenient too.

@@inMalaysiaOfficial now i know why the rent at Pavilion Hilltop so expensive.. The price of condo for one units is RM1mil and RM2.2mil.. depending on the size of area, if the size 1,830sqft the price will be RM1.8million, and the owner have pay bank around RM5k to RM6k..
