Digitalised food production in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Mladegs Pak is a family-owned company that produces food condiments not just under its own brand, but also for large buyers and supermarkets in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries in the region. As its business grew, the company faced several challenges. Through the EBRDs’ Advice for Small Businesses programme, and with EU support, it invested in digitalising its equipment and processes.
