    Do you have any advice to RSI issues? Especially working with mouse/pen tablet?

      Unfortunately, I'm not an expert in this so don't take my word for it. For the mouse, I heard that alternating days between using the left or right hand for mouse usage can help; it'll take a little bit of getting used to but it's not a steep learning curve. As for the pen-tablet, I'm not sure what can be done. Sorry I can't be of more help!

    That's cool, thanks brother. For me I do all this instinctively as I'm a body transformation coach, personal trainer yada yada yada but a cool thing I also do is to use balls below my feet, and roll as I work, giving me a nice massage like athletes (I like to think of myself as an athlete hahaha).

      Cool! Yeah, that definitely is good. When I was overweight, I’d freeze ice in a plastic bottle to help cool my plantar fasciitis while rolling.
