- A Virginia man was convicted on charges of sexually assaulting a non-verbal 5-year-old child who has autism, the Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office announced last week. FOX 5's Nana Séntuo-Bonsu has the latest details on the disturbing assault.

I feel the Judge in the previous case should have some type of warning placed in his/her file. Might make them less likely to release. That part made me really angry.

I’m a psychologist in Mexico. This year I saw two five year olds, and 6?12 year olds who had been sexually abused. There are no consequences for the perpetrator.

My confusion is why drug dealers get such large sentences, locked up for life, but these people who are known to not be "rehabilitateable" get out again and again, and to post bail in the meantime... SMH.

@susanelezebeth2751 he lured the child to his travel trailer and SA the child there. A 9 year old, an older sibling, walked in on this scene and alerted grandma. I can't say on here what I really think because TH-cam doesn't allow it. I am sure that you are a smart person and can imagine what it is.
My 3 year old has autism and we do speech therapy 3 days every week ... I am terrified of the future. I want my baby to be able to communicate as effectively as possible. It's so beautiful that this 5 yr old was able to communicate through drawing.
I don't have a relationship with my family and I don't have friends so my child is not exposed to possible familial abuse. But she does go to special preK, water therapy, aba therapy and private speech therapy. I attend every class. But I can not be with her 24/7.

This news is soul crushing to me and I'm here on the northwest coast of the states. I'm so proud that the sister wasn't too frightened by what she saw happening, and then run to get her grandmother and grandma to believe her immediately. My thoughts are with this family.
