Slaw dogs have been around for years. Must be a southern thang. Those little hole in wall places always have the best food. Better than a chain restaurant anytime.
It is always great to visit and see that crazy beaver. Thanks for taking us back to Buc-ee's. I wished that I lived closer. Thanks for showing us what's new.
I pass by her house eveyday. I see those goats too. I would stop and talk to her dad years ago when he was alive. He grew corn in front if the house. I live out on Douglas lake.
Thank you for making this video. I enjoyed the tour. I am glad Dolly and her family overcame the obstacles along that journey. Chasing Rainbow Museum is an awesome Museum. I had the opportunity to go once... On my birthday.. Dolly's resort had just opened. It resort was lovely but some things were not open yet..like the spa. I was so looking forward to try the spa on my birthday. It was my last time I had been to Dollywood. Inside the Museum, I felt so much pain for Dolly. Yes, she is blessed with an awesome talent and now live a famous life. But inside her Museum as I view each exhibit intensively...focusing on every detail and write up.. I could feel it..in my heart and soul.. tears flowed within and some escaped across my cheek..but mostly within..those are the deepest feeling. In this Museum I got to know Dolly..Her heart and life ❤
I just love you guys! Always put a smile on my face! You two are two of the sweetest people! Thank you so much for these videos! I love Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. I see God up in them there hills! Lol and the Smoky Mountains are calling me!
Thank you for the very good video of Sevierville and the area Dolly grew up in. I’m coming up there in April to see my grown children and we are planning a day at Dollywood. I’m anxious to see all the changes it has undergone since I was last there about 10 years ago
Thankyou for being our tour guide. I loved this. I cannot believe the prices of the hot dogs! They looked delicious. I have been to the Dolly statue, walked there and back from Pigeon Forge! Cheers x
It’s nice that the area were Dolly grew up has been left alone and not all build up. I’m sure she pays to keep it that way but it is still nice to see that the land has not been touched.
Just ate there yesterday while on vacation after watching this vid, the food was AWESOME!! This is a new stop for us when we come to the area. Thanks for the tips.
Frank Allen’s Market was great. The food looked good. The slaw dog was good. So was the burger. I guess we can say that it’s the best burger in Sevier County judging by Will’s reaction. The “Dolly” tour was interesting. Seeing her parents home and the place where she grew up in was great. 😉🙂🍔
Me and my boyfriend are here right now visit for our 2ed vacation. Hope to see dolly here soon and wish we could it would be nice plus I wish my mom was here to with us and family.
Love the ride on locust ridge and the drive back to where Dolly lived even tho all you see is the fence. If you look between the fence slats you will notice how well groomed the inside area is. Awesome trip! ☮️❤️
Love, loved the video...The drive was awesome, and the food looked outstanding!! You guys are so fun to see, and i cannot wait to become a resident of Tn. I will sure check these wonderful places out . Love you all, keep bringing us beautiful videos, and God bless you today and always!!!
Food looks good. Prices are awesome. Will have to try it when we come back. Cool to see where Dolly got started. Beautiful place Dolly bought for her parents. Thanks for sharing
The Slaw and Chilli, onions are WV Dogs. But I love my My NY DOGS, Sabretts, Nathan's, Hebrew National Brand any of those brands with Dijon or Spicy Mustard, Sourkraut. I've always been a Wimpie lol when it comes to cheese burgers. I love Sautéed onions, Green peppers, melted Swiss on a medium well burger With a dill pickle chip, catsup, some potato chips for crunchy burgers. Learned about that when I was growing up as a kid in NY in the school's cafetaria
After looking at the food, I suddenly became hungry! I want to go there. Been to the Smokies many, many times, but didn’t know about this place. Thanks guys!
You surely know how to make me hungry,,😉, the food looked really good,, and Thank you so much for "sharing" Dolly with us, it was pretty interesting..😍💖💖💖

Loved this video! We have talked about eating at Frank Allen's but have yet to visit. Hopefully this summer if we are able to take a vacation this year. Dog & Suds is my closest slaw dog option here. Loved the tour, I have viewed what I could on Google Maps before and even recognized a few landmarks as you were driving. Glad you were driving and not me! Keep the adventures coming!
Thank you! I will try the Market next time I'm in town! Looking forward to Dollywood reopening. We got lucky to have a nice day there on Pass Holder Preview Day March 13th 2020, didn't we?
Most people don't know that much of our Appalachian part of East Tennessee is like that one lane road. I grew up in this area & still live here. Even into the 1970s-1980s, there were homes in mountainous areas that had no electricity. Dolly Parton is sn East Tennessee treasure. Might I suggest another adventure. The book "Christy" by Katharine Marshall was written about the area near Del Rio, Tennessee fairly nearby. The old mission building was still standing last I was nearby. The television series, "Christy" was filmed just off Wear's Valley road in Townsend at a farm there. Blackberrys Farm is between Walland & Townsend as well. It's a world class famous resort where a lot of celebrities come to.
Thank you for this video. I enjoyed watching it. I’ve only been to TN once so I’ll definitely keep that stop on my list to do when I make it back down. Will and Dawn,I enjoy the channel! Tell Denise I said hello please 🙂
Hello from Michigan! New subs here. We look forward to catching up on all of your old videos while everything is shutdown. Have a great rest of your day!
I came across your channel today. I happen to be on vacation in Pigeon Forge this week. My husband and I actually went to try the slaw dogs upon your recommendation and we loved them! The burgers were great also. Thank you so much for sharing!
When you said guess she knows what she is talking about i thought to myself well she is the queen of country of corse she knows where to get a great hot dog. Love your videos.
We went to Dolly's Stampede this evening. The food was good and the show was fantastic. I got chosen to compete for the North and I won my "horseshoe" competition. We went to Anakesta and enjoyed that too ... My sons and I rode the rail coaster
Hi guys, we are planning a trip there early April but I’m not sure how recent events are going to affect our trip. Could you do a video about how Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge is preparing for the coronavirus? Do you see smaller crowds, etc... That would be fantastic. Thanks
We love Dolly! Thank you for sharing what you could of Dollys history. The next time we're in Tennessee we will try the slaw dog and the famous burgers 🍔. Love this video. Appreciate your time in sharing this with us. William
