I went to the track from 78 to 80 when they had the bounty out on him. The guy could not lose a race for nothing. Mark Martin, Rusty Wallace and a lot of other folks came into try and knock him off his game and it never happened. At the time I was a Jim Robinson fan and was very frustrated.
Funny how you can no longer find anything about what he was involved in on the search engines. Very suspicious, in my mind. And this is NOT uncommon among the racing community. Rick Crawford anyone?
