Your video won't get recommended, the name is different, there is absolutely no reason for TH-cam to promote it since they want regular uploads... A one off Is fine, but making a single video to "gauge reaction" is ridiculous because there won't be much of a reaction since barely anyone will see it.

I dont know why but as soon as I saw this on my feed, I imagined soldiers in a warzone poking their heads out of their bunkers to see if it was safe outside after laying low for so long. The title just makes it even more awkward and hilarious.
