What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and what a crazy one, at St Mellons in Cardiff in today's video, Natural Resources Wales clearly don't like a man inspecting what we pay for. And Police wasting the sheer thousands it costs to keep the helicopter in the air, I know NPAS South West have blocked my account but cmon if you're watching, stop picking on the taxpayer in general.

I don’t doubt for a second (well, on the balance of probability anyway) that the heli wasn’t scrambled / deployed for this bloke, however you do realise that the observer doesn’t actually look out of his window on the right and his face is buried in a number of monitors inside the heli? Modern optics also mean that there is no requirement to be absolutely overhead and at low altitude. Just an observation.

Why do police continue to discuss the concept of "normal"? It is staggeringly ignorant to even discuss it. I repeat, till I am blue in the face, they are neither the feelings police nor the morality police.The question is solely whether it is LAWFUL.
And here's why... Right/wrong denote judgment, perception, and opinion; None of which a police officer is supposed to have, engage or employ. You CANNOT be neutral and dispassionate if any of these are part of your mindset.
70 years ago homosexuality wasn't "normal". Interracial relationships weren't "normal". Vegetarianism wasn't "normal". Women having jobs outside the home wasn't "normal". In fact, a mere 50 years ago, women wearing pants instead of dresses would have been met with snears and judgment.
Normal has no definition in a living, breathing society because "normal" is always subject to change. For instance, 200 years ago, men dressed in high collars, puff shoulders, tights and curled toe shoes. I guarantee THAT would bring some unwanted attention today.
That is why we don't rule and judge by "normal" in a free and democratic society. The simple question is, IS IT LAWFUL? If it is, mind your mouth, wind your neck in and jog on because I shall NOT be put upon by your morality and judgment.
