    It´s not a great idea to weld attatchmentpoints (for exhaust) to the chassi, cuz it tend to break due to vibrations. Better to bolt them!

  • @fox33cz5
    @fox33cz5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    Good video. I would still highly recommend installing the gravitational pin of the carrier hook immediately. Handling without it is very dangerous-I have been in the situation a few times that the fuse was there, but it got stuck and the eye left the hook while braking.During the subsequent removal of the container there was only a big bang and the container was lying behind the car.. In addition, I worked for several years in a company producing exhausts and the correct process of welding the flex element involves even a perfect covering of the fine braid.The fine balls bouncing when welding can disrupt/overcook these fibers.Otherwise, fingers crossed-I have a similar technique in the veteran category :-) - Iveco Eurocargo 1997 hook carrier and tractor with Zetor 1979 front loader -greetings from the Czech Republic..

    I don't think it is a good idea..... L'epeau d'échappement en mode cheminée mieux que sur le côté

    That flex hose is garbage, it is going to swell on the inside and choke your engine.

    Man macht ein Flexstück nicht direkt an den Flansch. Manche Leute haben auch Ideen, da fällt dir nix mehr ein.

      Gibts dafür auch ne Begründung? oder ist das so eine Weisheit die immer weitererzählt wird aber trotzdem Blödsinn ist?

      @@Altgottt klar. Zum einen kommt man dadurch viel schlechter an die Flanschverschraubungen weil das Flexstück dicker ist. Zum zweiten ist das ein Verschleißteil und der nächste Austausch mit reichlich Zusatzarbeit verbunden um die Flanschplatte wiederverwenden zu können und das wahrscheinlich wichtigste, er lässt das aufgetulpte Rohrstück weg was am Brennring im Flansch abdichten soll. Die Materialstärke fehlt, weshalb er da auch mit Dichtmasse ohne Ende rumpfuschen muss.

    ... I expected him BUILDING an exaust (as mentioned in title) - now it's just an installation with some mods ... interesting though ...
