I needed to see/ hear this video this morning. I am a survivor if domestic abuse trying to heal. Narcissistic abuse is awful!! PTSD is not fun!!! I was abused physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually & spiritually. I left the man a few months ago. I have a PFA against him & had to have the law kick him out of my house. He broke windows, the exterior doors, punched holes in walls & ceiling, interior glass, broke light fixtures... I was homeless without a vehicle & broke because of him. My faith in God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit has greatly increased though!!! Thank you for sharing!!
Let me tell you now. You are a warrior for surviving. My mom also used to get abused by her husband, who was my father. He died from cancer almost a decade ago. God took him out of our lives because if he didn't, my mom wouldn't have come out alive and me and my siblings would have been orphans if both my parents died.

I AGREE,..it’s been MY experience that I’m controlled by His Holy Spirit. The fact that I’m capable of having faith only because HE FIRST loved me,mHe GAVE me the gift of faith…we don’t somehow conjure up this faith….but it is GIVEN to us. We DO however make choices regarding HOW to respond to temptation….but SALVATION belongs to the lord. The Bible mentions the names of the saved, those names were written in His book of life LONG BEFORE He even began creating the earth. HE Creates, He chooses whom to save, HIS WILL BE DONE, not His mere created beings!!!!! Disclaimer: A long story but good one. I strongly believe my ex-wife had and still has the spirit. In the beginning, she gave me this impression that we were in love and inseparable. She seemed kind at first and I was led astray through seduction and blasphemy. We had a girl together. We hit a climax point in our marriage where she wanted a divorce right after purchasing a home. She attempted to claim I was abusive and tried to take my child, but the judge found no fault. It was at that point; my eyes became open to what kind of person she was. A year later and second time, she claimed I hit my daughter but failed again and the judge found no fault. Afterwards, I was given half custody. A friend of mine gave me a bible to read. Later, It was clear to me what my purpose was in this life. My eyes became open to the LORD. I then got re-married with a believer. I was then hit with a 3rd attempt at false a accusation of abuse. Again, I was found at no fault. After she was disappointed of the results, she then continued the charade by filing a modification of custody. I rebuttled her motion requesting for full physical, and legal custody. During that process, the courts reveal A LOT about my ex that I was entirely unaware of. She was diagnosed with PTSD in the military and had extreme psychosis. A year later, the judge granted me full physical and full legal custody. Her mother now lives across the country and decided to step out as a parent. Although my attorneys were top notch, I owe my life to the LORD for all HE has done to shed light into areas that were dark and prevailing in every baseless claim. I have now complete control over teaching our daughter about Christ. Sometimes my ex tries to lead my daughter astray by making blaspheming comments about Christ, but my daughter who is now 9 has such a strong foundation, she shuts her down immediately. I ask you all to pray for her "Dayra". She still deserves grace from our LORD.
Care to tell me what were her grounds for divorce?

I feel jezebel is revealing itself in society today, yet being exposed in high places.
I have separated myself from my jezebel mother who will never apologise and always blame others for her faults. I've gone back so many times to help her because i hope for change but after a short while, she reveals she is getting worse. Now i lean on Jesus alone, he is all i have and trust. I have to love her from a distance through prayer and undo the ties of the mind through growing up with her. It's not black or white. I have come to the conclusion that you can't make anyone feel what they don't. I must move on with my life and start from scratch. Please pray for me & I will pray for you. Prayer works! GOD has answered my plea. My husband apologized to me and has acknowledged his need of a savior. His employer blessed us with a HUGE pay raise. He went from earning 17.00 - 21.00 We are both in the Autumn of our lives. William said that he was very stressed about not being able to provide like he wants to. I assured him that money can't buy peace and love. And that I married him for better or worse and in sickness or death. I will always forgive him as my merciful Father has forgiven me. I noticed when he said husbands love your wives, he left out the fact that scripture tells the wife to submit to her husband as unto the Lord. This means that the same way she honors the Lord, she’s to honor her husband. The church is far TOO soft on being blunt with women about scriptural truths regarding their conduct in a marriage. I believe that’s why so many women in the church and ones that claim to be Christian have zero accountability and are so worldly. The spirit of feminism that we see in the world is certainly very present in the Western church and there must be repentance.

My parents was RIGHT about one thing and they said my wife at the time was Jezebel because she did have this kind of mind manipulation and evil wrongdoings she would do to keep me trapped and would destroy my friendships with my friends that I would introduce her to them and they would not approve of her manipulation so they stopped being my friends and parted ways with me. My parents caught onto that and tried to tell me that. I had to take my course of actions to leave my wife and part from her. She refuses to sign the paperwork for divorce because she’s using her evil mindset of manipulating that I will come back crawling on my knees back to her but I won’t because it’s like the longer I’m away from her I can think for myself and get more productive without her distracting me from my goals and aspirations.

Jezebel was the example that women can be just as wicked and even more than The Male of the Species. women has the same fallen Nature as the Man. and even though Jezebel wasn't The King it was Ahab but she still wielded her Power and influence. there was a point that even King Ahab wouldn't cross even though he was wicked like Jezebel was. but Jezebel she didn't care or give a hoot about anybody or anyone. Jezebel was a Gentile and of course she Worshipped other False gods And Ahab was The King of Israel who married her and he also was wicked and Corrupt too. even The Prophet Elijah had to run and stay away from them. because they wanted to kill him because like King Ahab said that Elijah was a Troublerer of Israel just because Elijah prayed to God that there be no rain to fall upon the Land and it didn't rain I think it didn't rain for 3 year's ? so King Ahab and Jezebel wanted to kill Elijah for making life miserable for them. and also they wanted to kill Elijah because with The Power of God Elijah destroyed The 450 Prophets of Baal when God sent down His Consuming Fire and He Destroyed those 450 Prophets of Baal. but one thing about ? they couldn't do anything about God ? but since Elijah was just a man they thought they could kill him. they saw him , but they didn't see God ? but this is how evil men think ? they can not get to God but they know you are only a man and you are the next best thing to get ? but in the end King Ahab and Jezebel got there just Punishment. and God did have mercy upon King Ahab some when even King Ahab prayed To God for God to have mercy on him. because God was going to Destroy King Ahab's whole Household and God eventually did but God did have Mercy upon The King that The King wouldn't see the Destruction of his whole Household with his own eyes. King Ahab got killed before he could see the Destruction. this just goes to show you that King Ahab wasn't ignorant of the Truth or God ? but he was so wicked he just didn't care , he just didn't want to do right. but being a Wicked King he still wanted God to have mercy on him ? even God Mocked at King Ahab and He said see how The King bowed down to Me ? and the only reason that King Ahab bowed down because he was in total Fear for his Miserable life ? and he wanted mercy from God. and what happen to Jezebel ? she got it Worst then The King ! Jezebel was thrown off a High Tower , and God prepared the Dogs to Devour her and nothing was left of her but her hands and her feet. and she also was wicked just like The King. and God had them Destroyed some other Nation God let them come in and they Destroyed The House of Ahab The King and The King had 70 sons and they were all Destroyed too. and this is Why going up against God you are going to loose in the end if you don't do right and to turn from your wicked ways. both men and women. that story is only but a Example of how God wrath and Judgement can Fall upon the Wicked. because it is a Fearful and Terrible thing to Fall into the Hands of a Living God for He's like a Consuming Fire. and knowing the Terror of The LORD that we Persuade men to repent before it is too late while the blood is still is running warm in your veins while you are still on this side of the veil. because once you have crossed over into Eternity then it will be too late to repent.

I frequently wonder how people can be friends with someone who treats other people badly and expect that they'll treat them any better. I wonder what attracts someone to a person who they already know does mean things to others that they wouldn't want done to them and justifies their actions because "they did it first".
If someone is practicing wickedness and then you do it because they did it first then that makes you a practioner of wickedness as well. It doesn't matter why you did it; what matters is that you did.
We all make mistakes, but we become "sinners" when we consciously make the choice to continue to do wicked things instead of ending the behaviors and doing what we can to make amends; even just a sincere apology is a step on the path of Righteousness, but if we continue to associate with wicked people, we're choosing wickedness.

That Jezebel-like spirit is one dangerous being we all should be wise to avoid at all costs. Otherwise, it will drag us down to hell if we do not turn to Jesus in repentance from our sins, mainly because this spirit is actually a demon from Satan.
I think the Church is too hung up on Jezebel when we should be focussing on Ahab- Ahab was the King and he should of taken control. Jezebel was living according to her own culture, Ahab made a choice to permit his wife to do as she wanted. The lesson should be that sin occurs when the King looks away and allows it to happen

Fairly early in my Christian walk the story of Jezebel was preached. Don't remember just where I learned about the "Jezebel Spirit" but was convinced that HRC had, and still has, that spirit. That was in the 1990's. An example in today's world, among many, MM comes to mind. Thank you for saying that men can have this spirit too and for expounding on it!

Im not sure if Jezebel's name is her actual name or more of a title or both. kinda like the name isaac, and esau, both literal and spiritual meanings. Jezebel means.. unwed? or solo woman or smg? I think as society sees her as a temptress? but I don't see any evidence of that, we may get it from the makeup ahead of Jehus arrival. But, I think this vid does very well at articulating who she was and how she rolled.
I think her power was only able to be exerted because Ahab wouldn't keep up his obligations, and lacked perseverance. When the man refused to sell the field to him, he got pouty and just unraveled, and that gave Jezebel a foothold to do it her way. In essence, its what Mordechai cautioned Ester about- if you dont follow through here God will raise up someone else to deliver his people. If you walk out on your children, there are influences who will quickly fill that void. if you dont work on your depression, some influence will welcome itself to fill it for you. Ahab really lacked some perseverance, and felt God was against him all the time, so he just gave up I think and instead went with the flow and let someone else call the shots, be it a controlling lady or scores of lying prophets. 1 King 22. Persevere! and continue to wrestle until He touches that hip.

I noticed that as well. He left out the fact that scripture tells the wife to submit to her husband as unto the Lord. This means that the same way she honors the Lord, she’s to honor her husband. The church is far TOO soft on being blunt with women about scriptural truths regarding their conduct in a marriage. I believe that’s why so many women in the church and ones that claim to be Christian have zero accountability and are so worldly. The spirit of feminism that we see in the world is certainly very present in the Western church and there must be repentance.

Is Jezebel a spirit or a woman who had the spirit of Baal? Maybe Baal is the manipulator trying to put herself first. They say the spirit of Ahab is a spirit of weakness. Maybe he was just shirking his own responsibility in favor of the things his wife could do for him. I think he is more guilty because he had the authority to stop her and didn't use it. I think he is like a lazy bum, so she just took the reins. I don't see him as a victim. He never intended to do right, or he wouldn't tolerate her at all.
