Hi! My name is Adelle Ramcharan. I am a lifelong entrepreneur who has overcome an abusive childhood and toxic family systems to make a six figure incombe online doing work that I love that also makes a difference.
A year ago, I began using my custom self hypnosis recordings to end a lifetime of self sabotage that hadn't been solved despite ten years of therapy and tens of thousands of dollars. It worked.
In December of 2022, I left an unhealthy marital situation and moved to Mexico. I was afraid and unsure what would happen as I'd only ever lived in Canada my whole life. But it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made.
I finished the audiobook I've always wanted to write, got the high paying coding job I've always dreamed of, doubled my income online, lost 30lbs and finally learned to love myself. It just took a bit of rewiring in my brain to unlock what has been there all along.

I’m not even doing it justice here. I’m awestruck every day. I walk for at least an hour a day. There are fruit and flower trees everywhere 💛 birds singing, blue skies… 😭❤️

Thanks for all your comments! 🤗 Yeah, it was really hard, the whole situation. I knew we shouldn’t have gotten married. But I don’t regret it, looking back. It was an important part of my story and I needed to see how bad things could get before I would actually start listening to myself.

This city you're in in Mexico is so much more beautiful than places in the USA. What is this and what other low cost cities do you recommend ?
I wouldn’t call it a “low cost city”. It’s a quiet place with lots of nature and families. It’s also on the list of most dangerous cities in Mexico and the world, so… not many tourists. That’s part of why the prices were lower. They are going up though. The peso is soaring and Mexicans from big cities are coming here now too. I don’t know if I will stay. If you want low cost cities in Mexico, choose one off of the most dangerous list lol.
