my southern snow machine is 12v and has new blades but seems to shave the ice at about half the speed seen in the video. Also the snow does not stick very well so our snow balls are very small in comparison. our ice is at 0 degrees when we start. Any tips?
+Dustin Germ Your ice is too cold maybe. I've been told it should be above 17 degrees and sweating. If it's colder the ice will be like flour/sugar consistency and won't be fluffy. Are you using block ice?
