You can leave the block in the machine. If you're not going to be shaving for an extended period of time, then think about putting it back in the freezer, but if you have a steady stream of customers you can leave it in the shaver.
What is the smallest ice keeper I can have with a block ice. Yours is too big. Since you have a relationship with them, could you find out if they have a Hawaiian connection here in Hawaii
