These are really helpful because I'm not getting anything from doctors and ant to be able to advocate for myself to slow changes. I was given estradiol cream ...but idk if I was given a steroid. The creams have such terrifying ingredients. Do you have any recommendations as far as things to ask about for my doctor? I'm particularly nervous about fusing I'm getting esp Clitoral phimosis - I think you mentioned that's something that can be reversed?

Have you heard about LDN (low dose naltrexone) being helpful for LS/LP?

Thank you for your videos so helpful just wondering if stress can bring on a flare up its coming up to the first anniversary of my husband’s death and I’m having such a terrible time with my L.S.

Hi, Elizabeth! Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I so appreciate you. First off, I'm profoundly sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you must have felt/feel. Second, yes, anecdotally speaking, stress is by far the number one trigger for LS and LS flares. I'm having a massive sale on my shop tomorrow until the 28th - check out my LS, vagus nerve, and stress webinar it'll be on sale from 80$ to 20$. I discuss the impacts of stress on LS, the nervous system and the vagus nerve, and how to stimulate your vagus nerve to reduce stress in the mind-body, which, along with your treatment plan, can help better manage your symptoms and get into remission quicker.
