I have a problem i put the power wire in the ups but the screen not brighting but when i click on the power button its working and it’s give me error code (Ch) what to do in that case dear ?

Mujhe same no power/no ups aur screen turn on ki prob. Thi, power supply, dcdc module aur control teeno replace kiye parantu ups on hi nahi ho Raha hai. Power supply externally check kare to ok hai kick start ho Raha hai aur 12vdc bhi AA amrahi hai par ups on nahi ho Raha. Please help.

Depends karta hai how you handle it or apne kis environment mein install Kiya hai, kis type ka load use kar rhe ho. Output Load is the most important thing... and input/output wiring.
@gurjitprincesingh7932 sir mera load high quality premium grade sound system he, iske equipment saare digital he aur bade expensive he, koi bhi tarah ka fluctuation ya spike inko damage kar dega, aur most important, supply me agar high frequency swtching noise present hoti he, to vo speaker me zyada sunai deti he. To output supply bilkul pure sine wave honi chahiye. Ab kya microtek ye kar lega? Kyunki apc thoda expensive hai, nahi to fir apc lena hi padega, please bataiye, thank you
@@burhanuddin127 yes apc is bit expensive but rugged. Microtek is all China based technology, Microtek imports products, as you describe about your expensive products so my opinion is go for APC. It's a one time investment.

sir if output voltage of ups higher then input as example input voltage 225V but online ups output voltage 240V ,no error shows in ups .? then what is problem in ups?
Code 3 raise when mains enter and output will be off . When mains cut then after switching off then buzzers will be stop and again switching on then ups will be started giving output 1 kva 36 volt online ups
It's PFC section not working, check input fuse and input related devices and tracks

Temperature error hai, fan jam hoga ya slow chalta hoga ya fir fan faulty hoga chk it.

Error 11 is for Invertor. It's mean invertor Section is not working.
Once Check controller connection and blower the UPS.
