Very nice video again, They should have gave the guy that was screwing in screw a cordless screwdriver to make his life easier.
Man, i sure wish i could be as swift & smooth with an exacto.
This is madness alright, we have been having perfectly great paper box and used paper pulp inserts technology for many decades now, this is truly maddening.

Every time that man would walk under that bag of plastic it just gave me the chills. I am really surprised he is not required to wear more safety gear.
Why aren’t they using plastic screws that are already integrated into the plastic mold of the corner? I mean, what’s the benefit of a screw that’s much stronger than the material it’s anchoring to? Is it because of the shearing force that a plastic equivalent of a screw couldn’t withstand?
The benefit of a screw being much stronger than what's being anchored? Do you mean like steel screws being used to hold damnear everything? Cardboard, wood, plastics, metals? I'm trying to understand the question...
@@LordDustinDeWynd no i refer to the last step in the assembly if those boxes in the video.
A fastener needs to be stronger than what it fastens, due to shear and tear and jerk forces. Haven't watched entire video yet, but I'd think a quick heat weld would be best for permanent fastening, those suckers are STRONG.
@@LordDustinDeWynda fasteners only as strong as the material its fastened to.
Plastic screws aren’t self-tapping.
Plastic, plastic! We need more plastic!
