IYKYK is sampled from "Prism" by m-flo, a japanese hip hop dou. I appreciate Simon adding his modern twist to the new version and the production team for keeping the concept relatively close to the original mv. Please do check out m-flo "HyperNova", it's their 1st release single after a long time.
So someone came up with a theory the reason they are trying to meditate is to tap into their Chakra specifically the Crown Chakra which allows a bridge to the cosmos, you can actually see the symbol of it quickly with like flowers petals around it (the big one after the scene of small poses on the sides)

This puts pressure on them (hydrostatic pressure) that's why they need acupuncture and electrotherapy to relieve pressure. Nah I'm BS'n. I'm confused as hell. haha 😆
