The difference from a Giro with Pogačar to another with Roglič. The design of the stage was magnificent, from km 10 to the finish line it was cycling poetry. The fans, except for a couple of reckless ones...wonderful. The fan service to nostalgia with Nairo in second and Nibali on the podium with Pogačar in ten. Seeing the Slovenian on the last ramps at less than 20 km per hour shows that no one is superior to nature...and that the summit was changed...Beautiful stage!

C'MON NOW!! All you keep hearing from commentators is them saying, unbelievable, majestic, miles ahead of the rest of the pk magnificent, a different level than anyone in the race, it's next level stuff, Kelly was out of words, it's just unreal etc etc. These are the words of ex riders that are not believing what they are seeing. They don't know what to say. What we just saw was superhuman. How can you not question this??? I love it. I say keep the doping in the sport but dope them ALL like this. This sh1t is great to watch

Well then, let's put Vingegaard in the mix too.
Pogacar has been winning races since he was a teenager, proving many times of his talent from a young age
Vingegaard came out of nowhere in the 2021 TDF and started dominating, mind you, he had already won 7 races by April this year as well before his crash, that's an astronomically astounding feat.
Maybe they are doping, or they are not,
But one can't point fingers only on pogacar and act as if vingegaard is clean.

Honestly, I think Pogi should dial it down a bit. He has (already had) Giro in his pocket. With other TdF contenders essentially crashing out of the competition, TdF should be an easy win by Pogi's standards and then he can go for a triple crown with Vuelta. That would be tough as both Jonas and Remco will recover, but if anyone can do it - - it's Pogachar. And this year the opportunity has presented itself, so he should go for it.

Also depends on weather. If a hard mtn stage is in x hot weather, there p is weaker than v

He attacks with a bit of kms to go, others keep looking for who’s gonna chase, and a gap increases. Then others think of riding defensive to not loose thier current positions! All this combined you get a nice 3min gap on the main group.

bar a meteorite striking the GC group or some other miracle the Giro is already over and it's just a really expensive group ride now. Personally - if the alien in pink is really legit then wow what a once in a species talent we're all witnessing ... since you already have to be a top athlete doped to the legal limit just to complete a grand tour whatever the little homie is doing is either truly superhuman on a level so far beyond everyone else as to not even be a competition anymore - or theres something else involved we just don't know about yet .. who knows but his sponsors can certainly afford anything they want. it's just too hard to believe for me ... i want to believe .. it's just hard.

If we open the can of worms we can be here all night. The nearest glaring example was of course Chris Froome and his comrades at Sky. He raced the Vuelta under investigation with tests results that were high and more than sufficient to ban other rides. These miracles performances are not the first or the last we see in this sport. I really do like Pogacar and the racer he is! I don’t want to know and just enjoy the sport…
