To the crowd it is not just lyrics. That is where goosebumps comes from. Swedes moves as one. They have a song for everyone to be proud of. Swedish Pagans - Sabaton is a bloodrushing one (english lang.) Good work. 😘💝🇸🇪🇸🇪
I was at this show (sitting somewhere in the middle of the platform to the left from this view of the stage) just before this clipp started Joakim asked everyone to hold up their cellphones since no one carries around a lighter any more. Needless to say, this was one hell of a show. Sadly this was just before covid broke out and started canceling shows (had for once tickets for 5 shows and 1 festival that year and this was the only one i got attend)
Fantastic, isn't it? I love, love this song and I keep coming back to this live version. It's just so awesome. The guitarist you mentioned, Tommy Johansson, has his own band called Majestica. Just 4 months ago, they released a song called 'Metal United' as a tribute to summer festivals and stage crews. A great initiative in my opinion. th-cam.com/video/UO37wJG1j2k/w-d-xo.html The band commented: "All the people that work at the festivals and with touring bands have had a rough year, just like all of us. But a lot of these people that work so hard to make it possible for us musicians to perform on stage have had problems finding new jobs, and without these hard-working people, we can’t make our dreams come true. And since we love to play at festivals and to go to festivals, we have been missing out on one important thing that means so much to us. So the least we can do to honor these fine working people is to write a song as a tribute to them. A cheerful, uplifting song with Irish influences about the hope that everything will be back to normal, and a melodic, uptempo heavy metal song with an important message."
Yes 🙌 What a great performance that was and a great reaction👍🏻👏🏻If you like to see more Sabaton Live, check out Ghost Division or Uprising at Poland Woodstock 2012. They had a HUGE crowd of spectators, around 500 000 to 650 000 🤟🏻. I’ll put the link to Ghost division down below :
"That" guitarist is Tommy Johansson, he has his own band Majestica (ex-Reinxeed) and he is a great singer as well (just like Meat Loaf LOL). You should check watch some of his music if you didn't listen to it yet. Yeah it's Swedish, but it doesn't matter. This is their best live song, along with Uprising done live in Poland. It's a nationalist, patriotic thing and very cool. Great reaction!(PS There's a Lego kit of that stage. If you're interested Old Skule Nerd did a video of assembling it with his daughter)
Hi Fred, how are you? Awesome song right? I have tickets to see them live in March, but last weekend they announced that their European tour will be postponed...😞
Dude, there are reacters who pause and analyze, and those that go with the flow and comment after. But on TH-cam if you don't pause, you're begging for copywrite trouble. You rarely see it from Sabaton, but geez Nuclear Blast can be hell on wheels with bands like Nightwish
@@fredbarnes2600 hey, whats up Fred!? Actually, thats kind of a misconception. Pausing has nothing to do with launching a copyright claim on the front end or creating a fair use argument on the back end unless you're offering a significant amount of education. I literally put a 5 second bit of "a song of myself" to show time signature changes and it was flagged. In the end, it just comes down to what the viewer prefers. Some just want to watch someone make faces as they watch the whole video. Others prefer deep analysis. You know I'm usually more of the latter. IMO, this commenter needs to just watch the original video or someone like Mr. Rock and Roll who just makes weird noises and roll around on the ground.
@@HistoryBuff 'sup History Buff. So what you're saying is the entire TH-cam copyright system is complete chaos? Mostly my point was to give Bald Headed Metal a bit of slack. Some if the best reacters I know are pausers and talkers. At least there's a point to it with him, I've literally seen reacters stop to talk about their gardening. Or worse politics.
@@fredbarnes2600 it's not chaos, its just that the artist, usually the label (and in some cases like Germany, the country) decides what happens automatically when their copyrighted material is detected. Sometimes its a block, sometimes they don't care but usually they allow it to play with them getting the ad revenue. It's really tricky. I have been wanting to make a video about it for a while. Maybe tonight

Great band! 🤘
SABATON - Uprising (OFFICIAL LIVE) I was there :) 750,000 people you have to see it 👌👌👌
I agree, he the does look like the late great meatloaf a bit.
They are so good. The new worm shepherd is fantastic boarder line masterpiece. The song ritual hymns is brutifful
Love the word for describing that. Brutifful.
may i repeat myself, but may you have a look on "Cliffs of Gallipoli"...one of the raw early ones, maybe the first official video afaik ;)

Majestica - Ghost of Marley.

The second one is a part of christmas album by Majestica.
And he did the arrangements on several of the covers Floor Jansen did.
@@MortenM80 I didn't know that, but that's not a big surprise. His own covers are also very well done.
He also does a beautiful version of the christmas song "O helga natt". th-cam.com/video/BjRiAP8WsdI/w-d-xo.html
And a wunderful cover version of " HALLELUJAH "
Yet my favorite covers by Tommy are Money Money Money and Euphoria

I recommend you to listen and react to Soldier of Heaven and Kingdom Come.
Rammstein sold out MSG in a question of minutes.
Your local volume is out of sync with the music - you're too damn loud.
Yeah realized after the fact and fixed it

Never seen a reactor pausing this much 😬
This was REALLY BAD

What i have discovered is if you garner a relationship with the label they will ease up on the cypyrights
