If I lived in the USA I'd definitely be getting that essential oil subscription box - looks so good. And that soup sounds delicious. Will definitely be making that one day - thanks so much for including the recipe. Hope you'll share more about your candle making as that's something I'd really like to try out too.
What a wonderful looking soup! Candles are so fun to make aren't they? Have a wonderful week and God bless you and your family! Thanks for the lovely video. 💖🇺🇸
Thank you Carla! I am so ready to make more candles- it was fun! I think there will be more soup in my future too! Hope you are having great weekend! God bless you as well! 🍂😊🧡
Love your touch of fall. I loved the fall colors here in coastal Alabama we are so very dry and hot things are dying before we get the color. Would you tell us what size insta pot you have. I am widowed now and would love one but don't know if it's worth it. Cooking the "old fashioned" way lol is more of a time occupier. Who would have ever thought I would be stretching tine not saving it. I am going to try the recipe but I'll pull out the Dutch oven. Beautiful video as always, God bless.
Thank you! We have had a long dry stretch here too. 🥵 My Instant Pot is the “mini”. It is in my Amazon Store (Find the link in the video description box). I think this recipe will work in a Dutch oven or crockpot if you adjust the time. Have a wonderful Sunday! 🧡
I ran to the store and picked up a few things and made the soup. It is wonderful, and will be a staple for me. Hope you will share some more plant based recipes with us, this one warmed both body and soul.
Robin, I hadn't seen this video yet, for some reason. Just loved it! I love lentils in the fall too! Congratulations on 10K subscribers! I am thrilled for you! Jennifer xx
Thank you Noemi! Candle making could become a new obsession! The whole family is in love with this scent. Hope you are enjoying a nice Sunday with your three special guys! 💛🤗💛🍂🍁
I will be trying that recipe. Comfort food!🙌 I don't decorate much for fall either, Robin. Just a wreath on the door. Mother nature does a better job of it so I get my fix on my daily walks. Thanks for the cleaning inspo. I'm wanting to do a thorough cleaning this week. This video was perfect!❤
Love your giraffe print! And the rest of this wonderfully inspiring video. Fall is my favorite season of the year, and with temps still in the 90's here, it was refreshing to see how just a few touches can make all the difference in your home!
I loved this video Robin. You have a beautiful home and I love seeing how you use very neutral pieces in your fall decorating. I watched this while eating lunch after church and am now doing our fall decorating on this rainy day in MI. Thank you for the inspiration! Have a wonderful Sunday :)
Hi Sarah! It is usually between 30-50 degrees in the coldest part of winter, but it doesn’t snow. We lived in NJ for a while (Marlton) and I miss the snow and skating on the frozen pond near our home. Today we are 99 degrees 🥵. It won’t start cooling down until around Thanksgiving. 😄🍂🧡
I loved this! I will definitely try the recipe! I recently bought an instant pot and am looking for good recipes to try and I love lentils. Thank you. The candles sound really nice too.
Thank you Jaime! This one is a great one to try in your new Instant Pot. It comes out consistently good. 😋 Let me know what you think if you give it a try. Have a wonderful week! 🍂🧡
Hi Robin. I dont know if you remember that I live 60 miles south of Houston on the Gulf Coast. Still so hot here but I am wearing one of my fall wardrobe to SS and church this morning because it is go cold in our church. I also have put my fall decor out. I only have one bin of fall decor so its easy to put up when the Christmas decor is ready to be put out. Love that dish you made. My daughter, who is also a recent subscriber will love it too. Love your videos! Thank you for your efforts to bring us this content. Love in Christ.
Hi Robin-really enjoyed this video-you have a beautiful home and family. Couple of questions-what are those little white boxes on the tables please and what is the Easy breezy song you were playing at the end as it was lovely
Thank you Jane! The white boxes are the sensors for our Ecobee thermostat. I’ve had a few questions about those. 😄 The song is Beauty in the Mundane by Bird of Figment. I love it too! Have a great week! 🍂😊💛
Hi Robin great video the soup looks delicious yum😋and Austin the cutest thing ever he's so asleep and just as quick he's up playing like he was never asleep so funny 🐶 making your own candles is a plus nice and clean 👏 tfs have a peaceful day 🤓👍💟
Lovely autumnal video! We're well in to fall now here in the uk. We call it autumn but I think calling it fall sounds nice. I Think I might have to try your soup sometime soon it looks great 👍 😊🍂
What a beautiful video Robin! I loved all the cozy aspects of Fall you included. The scenery, comfort food, a great smelling candle, and your lovely decor, So very nice. I just used tumeric myself, in a dish the other day. I will definitely try your recipe. It looks delicious! Have a great week Robin 💛
Thank you Marlene! Your kind words are always so appreciated! I’m hoping that our weather will get my hints! 😄 If you give the soup a try let me know what you think. It’s a regular in my meal plan rotation. Have a great week ahead! 🍂😊🧡
Hi Christine! I have only ever made this in my Instant Pot, so I don’t have alternate instructions. I’m sure it could be done if you are will to experiment. 😊🧡
Robin, I just love your videos. So beautiful, relaxing and motivating. The candle making is so interesting! Wishing we had smell a video, the scents you used sound wonderful! Have a great day. Lorri
I just decorated my home yesterday for Fall and Halloween. I don't know if you remember the tiny Madame Alexander dolls that came in McDonald's happy meals years ago? It was around Halloween, my daughter used to love collecting them. I have kept them for all these years and incorporate them in a Halloween village I put up every year. My daughter who is now 21 still insists I put up my decorations and still enjoys them. 🍎👻🎃
Faith and Flour Yes it does! She always remind me to set it all up every year too. I'd have her help me but I'm too meticulous where to pose the villagers. 😂
Hi Robin - I'm not seeing the dryer balls in your Amazon store under laundry. Would they work to keep my Calif King sheets from ending up in a big damp twirling ball in the dryer?! Thanks for any advice...💛🍁🌻🍂🌻🌻🍁
Hi Debbie! I just added dryer balls to my Amazon Store after reading this. 😊 Mine are from the Grove Collaborative, but the ones I just put in my store are very similar (and may be a better price) As for your sheets - I feel your frustration! 😄 They may help with the tangle, but I often leave out the dryer balls when drying sheets because they have a tendency to hide in the fitted sheet pockets. They still work, I’m just too lazy to hunt for them afterwards! 😂
Your home is beautiful! Arkansas hasn't gotten the message yet that it's supposed to be fall either but here's hoping it does soon! Absolutely genius using your central vac on the duster!! ♥️
I’m enjoying the video today very much! It’s nice to know Florida isn’t the only extra sandy/dusty place in America😁😜. I’m interested in the dryer balls. I’ve thought about ordering (we have a local waste free company i found that sells them). Do you like them? Do you always use more than one at a time? I like learning new things👍😃
Hi Robin! I love the dryer balls. I bought mine from Grove Collaborative, but there are many places you can find them. I use 3 at a time. They help the items in the dryer separate from each other and keep things moving so that they dry faster and they cut down on static. I use them in place of fabric softener for most loads. Let me know if you give them a try. 🧡😊🧡

That lentil soup looks AMAZING!! My husband loves turmeric, but it gives me digestion problems. Do you think it would taste okay without it and I can add tumeric to his bowl? I usually make just plain lentil soup... beef broth, lentils, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, and thyme. 👍🏻 Btw, is that the same dish brush Noemi from Scandish Home uses? I’m thinking of getting one as my plastic ones keep wearing out.

It's finally cooling down in Vegas. 80s are very welcome after those 100+ days.
It's so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on our balcony, in the morning.

It’s never ending! 😄 We had 80 degrees today and I was in heaven! 😊🧡

I'd love to make this but my daughter cannot have tomatoes, what could I use in place of that?
Hi Jennifer! I’m not sure what you could substitute - I would just leave them out of the recipe. 😊🍂🧡
I would say skip tomatoes and once the lentil is cooked you can add lemon juice to it to get that acidic flavor.
