This reconstruction of Visayan hand tattoo is based from the archeological finds near the region of the waray speaking group and Central Visayan speaking group. Also from archival documents of Alcina.
Researching and reviving ancient Visayan tattooing is a tedious meticulous endeavor. But the descendants are the ones who have the power to revive their ancestral marking by tattooing it on their skin, symbols like passport stamped by blood.
