Yes, I've been a QB desktop user for 20 years now. I just cut over to the online and I feel like I'm paying a lot more for a lot less. We went with the Simple Start with the payroll. It's $87 a month!??!? The whole time during the sign up the QB rep keep pushing the next level, I think essential? We only have two employees and don't use the invoicing component of QB. Our CRM does the invoicing and payment collection. The online version of QB looks very limited compared to the Desktop. So now I'm paying around $1,200.00 a year for something that costs us less than $600 per year and getting an inferior experience. This is pure rent extraction from Intuit.

Great video but drawing those arrows on screen is so over-engineering it's literally distracting. Just make your cursor bigger (if anything) or set Windows so tapping Ctrl makes the cursor flash. Or zoom in.

This would be so much more helpful if you can create rules around your transactions. Such as if it contains a specific word, then it would autocategorize. This is the main reason I got this but it's only my first day with it, so it may learn some of my transactions.

The balance sheet report doesn’t appear to have any way to compare with prior periods. That’s a big limitation.

Absolute worst, Wave has ZERO support these hustlers don't tell you that. I've used PayPal and used this crap, it's night and day.

From my knowledge, PayPal doesn't have an account section to track your P&L and balance sheet. This review was strictly for their accounting piece.

2. Is it possible to invoice more than 100,000 dollars per month?

Great video, I love this Program, I have a question, I used my vehicle for work 50% this year, and the rest personal use. After writing off my fuel costs its writing off 100% of fuel, But id like to adjust it to only 50% how do i do this? Also "Entertainment/Food" can only be written off 50%. Please help.

You can do so on your Tax filing manually adjusting the expense, just be sure to make note of it. For your business books you dont want to adjust down, but for taxes you can make tax based adjustments.

Wave Accounting has a different dashboard based on your country, I'm in Canada my dashboard doesn't have all those features you've mentioned.
