Can you explain or give document to know why When inoculating multiple biochemicals from the same culture, inoculate citrate test media first, or flame inoculating needle prior to streaking this medium ..

It is because if you inoculate another medium first that has glucose or similar sugars in it, and then accidentally transmit some of that glucose or other chemical over into the citrate agar, it can give a false-positive.
