When i add connection on linkedin, i dont see that connection within the pending send invitations.
Why is there a delay when sending invitation via add connection page?

Great question! Yes you can upload an email list. You can click "Grow your network" on the left side of LinkedIn home and you'll see there that it says "Add personal contacts", just click "More Options" and it'll show more settings to upload the list and connect. Hope this helps
