What on earth kind of supernatural power of an argument can the lawyer representing the man can come up with to justify the lawsuit?
Simple. Girls or Guys in this situation need to make it clear to their "friendzoned" person that they will neither accept their money, their efforts and nor will they EVER be in a relationship.
More than often, these individuals are happy to receive the benefits from the person that is interested in them, but do not realize that the person is expecting a LOT in return for their investment.

First things first, most cases seem to be of a particular community. And to categorize men as aggresive just becuase of a few men's misdeeds is really unfair on men because had this been the case, women would not befriend or interact with men in their daily lives as much as they do now and we would be seeing a decline in number of relationships occuring rather than an increase. This world is becoming more and more sympathetic to women, and now we are slowly seeing inequality towards men rising, which makes the whole 'gender equality' concept a joke. It's less gender equality and more favoring women over men by depicting the men villains. I am not defending the man in this particular case who is suing the woman, but the statements at the latter stage of the video by Palki and Firstpost team is a bit annoying and following the trends of the world.

But most of the young generation male population are well aware of and agree with the idea of true gender equality. You cannot generalize a population based on the action of a minority of that population. And justifying bias against men is just proving my point here, oppression against women earlier was wrong, but that doesnt make bias against men as a retaliation measure right either. 2 wrongs dont make a right, unless thats how woke feminism and woke gender equality works. You need to understand that the population is huge, so it is a certain given that there will be news about such incidents every 2-3 days, now I am not justifying those actions as I myself condemn those actions. But again as I said, to generalize and depict us as villains, thats not how gender equality is really supposed to work. And as for your point regarding women ignoring men, why dont you have a look at the figures regarding the incline in pre-marriage live-in relationships? If men really are villains, then why bother getting into relationships then? And why not break your relationship with your father and sibling/cousin brothers? After all they are also men right?
