I bought the vax duo at the beginning of this year. I was really impressed with it, great for the stairs and any spills that happen. Also sucks up water from the dogs water bowl when my hubby accidentally knocks it over. Good bit of kit, I buy my solution from Argos as you can buy a five litre bottle , which lasts a long time. i bought the duo great bit of kit i saw somewhere if you take out the small piece of sponge where the clean water gos into the machine after use it and there be some water sit in recess soak it up with a rag or toilet paper is good practice after every use let small piece sponge dry put back in the recess

I bought one of these to do a campervan with,ended up being a brilliant purchase.Only drawback i had was sometimes the water squirty button got stuck open resulting in more going on than I wanted.the dog spot and duo have 2 lots of nozzles etc so can keep one for dog accidents etc and a separate one for kitchens .Try to get as much water out as you put on seems to work best

I'm sorry the meal wasn't good there, I think you should have politely complained, sent the food back & told them it spoilt your birthday meal & asked for something else or refund. I would have got refund & gone somewhere else nearby. Was there anywhere else reasonable prices nearby?
