- In this video, we set out on a history hunting adventure, eager to uncover hidden relics from the past. The day started slow, with little to show for our efforts at the first loaction. However, we didn't let that dampen our spirits and decided to move on to another location. That's when everything changed.
As we explored the river, an incredible array of historical artifacts began to emerge from the water. Join us on another thrilling day of discovery.

What a great day you had in Hereford and Worcester. Kirsty's key was excellent, but Marie stole the show with her Roman spearhead, and Glen uncovering that ancient toggle. I also loved that iron found by Marie (love your hair done that way). Steve's spam was hilarious, it was great seeing those two back again.

I know what you mean about the feeling you get holding something old. I've done a little bit of mud larking and found some interesting bits and pieces. The fact that you are the first person to hold that item for hundreds of years is so special every time. ❤

Truly a day of very historical finds. That weight could have been a rivet head die for forming metal rivet heads.

Love your hair this week, Marie! That key is amazing, Kirsty!! My imagination makes it a city gate key 🗝️. Look at all those passersby jumping in to help unstick the magnet! That box iron is impressive, Marie! That design made it so much easier to keep clothes clean while ironing and speed up the process, too. Great find! That toggle is also incredibly cool! I think I know what that small piece you held up last is. Back in the thirties forties 50s and early 60s, girdles had garters sewn into the garment with a little rubber piece that you put the stocking on the inside over.the rubber piece and push it through the round hole. This would hold the stocking up and there would be one on the front of the garment and one on the back. It would have material covering the metal. That is what it looks like to me. The opening at the top of the metal would have a piece of material going through it that attaches to the garment.
Had to read through comments to see if anyone commented on the claps as I knew what it was. Good to see someone did!
When he found that spike, carol said he should throw the magnet back in to find Milligan.

How about all the locals helping pull the stuck magnet out! Brilliant just Brilliant and shows how this hobby can bring ppl together at a drop of a hat. Brilliant and another brilliant video guys.. I've got a key same as kirstys but not as big nowhere near. It's a blank I'm told as the end never had any pattern or design cut into it to fit a lock.. its still Rusty and needs a clean but I'm happy to donate it to the lady If she would like it.. Hi Peakys how come you are fishing Worcester bridge I thought there were signs along there not allowing magnet fishing?
A sign isn't a law, of the police come it's a civil matter.
They were originally put up because of the bombs being pulled up, there is only one sign and it's infront of maim businessess
If you google magnet fishing,it's not actually allowed anywhere but every weekend we do what we do
