@1:47 - Is that true? The 120D which is a 180W COB light is less bright that a 100W flexible LED panel [with diffusion]? Maybe you meant the other way around? I think the RGB mode isn't that strong on highest settings. Correct me if I'm wrong
Imiy they make smaller versions of this and they also make just white versions of this size amzn.to/2SNrY2S and they are much cheaper. It’s because this is 100w RGBW that makes it more expensive.
Thanks so much for the information. I want to invest in some versatile, strong lighting for music videos and corporate shoots could you do a video about that? Do you have a place to see your work on music video projects? love your work
DigitalFoto Solution I downloaded the app to double check. Maybe I should have put my question another way. I was looking to see if the app would access my camera where I could sample colors through it such as clothing or a models makeup.
Great video and demo. Very informative!
The best review out there bar none. Very surprised that it has comparable output to the 120d.

Is there any more budget friendly alternative to flexible lights?

Is that actual 100w power draw or equivalent to 100w from a regular filament bulb?
Pete actually 100w draw. Much brighter than 100w tungsten bulb
Do you know if the app and the control box can control other flex lights in their catalog? or can they only control the RX-818?
It can control others as long as its the same system. You can also set up groups as well.
@@LeeZavitz thanks the control box looked very interesting especially that it changes the colors of the light
I tried googling it but no luck: what's the difference between the RX818 and RX718 II?
Lee do you still have this light? 2 years later has it stood the test of time? I am considering adding a flex light just because it is so portable.
Very good review.
Hey friend, thanks for this video ¡ In a power (watts) comparison to a kino light , what can you tell? close?
