I have both. Marshall sound like audiophile sound quality. JBL more treble normal ordinary people think JBL produced more clarity. But guy's i strongly recommend Marshall is outstanding
I am audiophile and I sold my Willen after few months. Reasons: lack of bass and it sounded somehow weird. I had Bose Micro before and even considering that Bose sounds more muffled, it was nicer for ears anyway.
I found a Clip 4 for under 50 bucks. I kept meaning to return it, but every time I listen to it, I realize how great it sounds. I give up. I'm keeping the Clip 4.
@@arnab1088 It's crystal clear and crisp enough, but only loud if you're in a small space. Perfect speaker to take camping in a tent. That's why I love it.
marshall is much better, i like listening to music with vocals too , we can better understand the difference , however some reviewers only use music with bass and no vocals and nothing is clear. .. congratulations nice review
Tried marshall in the store and the instrument separation is amazing. Although in this review doesn’t justify the sound clearly, highly recommended thr marshall.
JBL clip4 sounds awesome and gives surprising good bass for such a small unit. The Marshall doesn't sound better, as it doesn't add more bass, despite the larger driver, but just gives more treble, which will make your ears tired faster. Also you're using the clip4 wrong. It is not meant to lean on things, but one should either hang it on something flat such as a door or a wall or you could lay it down on a table, as this will enhance the bass and overall sound through resonance and sound reflections
MARSHALL is thicker bass. Do you own headphones????? The marshall clearly has punchier bass. Now as for the price difference? is it worth it . not really
Just got a willen today. I have a stockwell ii which i use at home. Now i have something I can take anywhere without worrying about the weight. It sounds so good for its size. I love the marshall “sound” so to speak
If you were to have the jbl clip 4 facing up the ground would stabilize the bass, also the way the jbl is propped up the metal around the speaker distorts the sound a bit. That's why the marshal sounds better cause it's making solid connection with the table resulting in a deeper sound.
No long defrency bitween both speaker both r almost same But pr8ce d8ffrancy is verry hard Marsell is 12000rs or jbl clp 3400r marsell is 1blt speaker Jbl is 4 speaker just 1200rs pe
I have both two, save your money, Clip 4 sounds much better. Not even say that you can get a flip 6 in the same price of Marshall willen, which soumds way better than clip 4 😂
Indeed jbl sound quality is ok but who would want a speaker that looks to be designed for teenagers. If it had a practical design and premium look I would say the jbl is the better choice. But what's the point of buying a speaker you're ashamed to put on a table in a public space. The Marshall is definitely worth the money in my opinion. Jbl4 would only be option if money was the issue.
How does this work outside? Is it audible enough in a group of 8 ppl sitting outside for bonfire talking amongst themselves?? I’m very confused between this and JBL Flip 5 just because of the loudness issue. Kindly respond 😭😭
You're smoking crack! The Marshall Willen on the "PUSH" equalizer preset unleashes beast mode and the sound comes alive! I have both and the Willen blows the Clip 4 away...... The Clip 4 is poorly constructed as all glued rubbers will peal off, the + volume button will fail after a few drops, the metal clip will bend nasty and unglued itself after a few drops all these when you use it everyday at an 8hr work/job in about 2 to 3 months of usage! Other than that, the Clip 4 will still charge and play music but the 70% volume is still low for both speakers, anyone will have it at 90% mostly because that's a normal not too loud sound lever making the Clip last no more than 6 hrs on a full charge, at 100% about 4 hrs tops! The Marshall Willen at 90% volume will last about just a little over 7 hrs tops!
Really? The difference is too marginally to say one is better than the other. There is hardly any difference. It is too marginally detectable. They are both on the same level.
Marshall willen is a better sound and build quality, and also you can add other willen for stake mode, or 2 willen and a emberton II for a great sound.😀
@@FishBeeProductions Marshall sounds like it does have more bass using my headphones. The Marshall's sharpness makes it sounds less bass overall but it actually has a deeper bass resonance. The JBL sounds compressed and muffled. At least judging from using headphones on my end.
Awesome JBL IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT IT 5 watts Willen is 10 watts they are both 100hz to 20,000khz. Great comparison.
Definitely think the Marshall's are over priced like Bose. JBL all day! Thx for th review. I love my clip 4 ❤️

Comment brought to you by Marshall
Audiophile is just another term for NO-IT-ALL😂
it is 100% not audiophile quality
Rubbish
For me, I prefer Marshall Willen for acoustic, acapella, or any light to moderate sound/music while JBL is more on hardcore or bassy music and sound
So you don't own headphones?
The marshall has punchier bass by far.
Willen has three eq presets - Marshall, Push, Voice
Marshall it's better but more expensive and clip 4 has also a good sound for his price so we are talking about different budgets 🙂
I found a Clip 4 for under 50 bucks. I kept meaning to return it, but every time I listen to it, I realize how great it sounds. I give up. I'm keeping the Clip 4.

How loud and crisp, crystal clear does Jbl Clip 4 sound? How much hours can the Jbl Clip 4 play on a single charge? Awaiting your reply. Thanks❤️

Yeah we're limited on what we can play on our videos legally unfortunately

Just got the Marshall for my bday it’s great!
Marshall wins fair and square. And people buy Marshall for fashion as well. This is similar to Iphone vs Samsung.
The Marshall Willen winds hands down for cool factor.

I’m sorry don’t mean to sound rude but clearly the Marshall sounds way clearer and way better then the jbl

Nice!
I had Willen, overall decent speaker but the lack of bass made me to sold it.
I don't even play the guitar but was so interesting to see the break down of what goes into the creation of this sound!
Huh ? These are blue tooth speakers to play music from your phone ...

Ive had the clip 4 for a year for its price its better than the go 3
I have the Marshall Willen it's a brilliant speaker
nice!
Just purchased the Willen, been using JBL's for years & want something different with more style, got my mom a JBL clip 4 though.
Nice!
The Marshall sounds more open with a wide sound stage
Quality and durability id go for marshall. Jbl rubber stopper tear after 3 months
JBL more definition & Marshall has more Clarity
Как понять?😮
Jbl less evrything

JBL sounds super muddy and way less defined
Jbl is more portable, the clip feature

Ive got clip 4 great speaker but getting marshall today, only for xtra sound while hanging on work belt but bang for buck jbl is great
Nice!
Thanks for the video! I have the Marshall Willen and it's really great!! Well worth the price.
Marshall much better, I also have killburn II .. they all amazing, don't look any brand after listen from Marshall
Killburn 2 is a Wonderful creation of Marshall... no other premium brand come near to its Sound quality
@@allen1907 I have killlburn II, willen and Emberton II. they all good but killburn II is the best portable speaker I have ever seen.
Just buy Two pieces of Sony SRS XB13. You'll get the bass that you want, plus it becomes louder obviously because 2 is better than 1
Nah for that buy a 2.1 sound system or the jbl charge 5 or flip 6
I love Jbl productss......but this marshall sounds a few better
JBL doesn't have microphone to use in calls....

Forget the two and go for the Tribit. JBLs are for lo-fi non-audiophiles.
Mashall has a lot of treble
That's it.

Are two Marshall Willen speakers capable of stereo paring?
Yes
How about an emberton 2 and a willen? Can they stack?
@@Mel_Shinoda yes
no, you can just stack them to add volume in mono, but no stereo separate channels, Fishbee doesn't know that they're talking about

Maybe the direction of the speaker or Marshall is closer to the mike
