    5:00 Ive had this problem but its the other way around with the cause.its not the shifty that causes the arm to lock, its the arm that caused the shifty. in other words, a few frames before that the difrrerence is you have your hand going behind your back while the student has his arm outside his body, stopping the rotation. the solution is to put the hand behind yourself or, something that also worked for me, focus on drawing a circle with your index fingers around your feet, this keeps my arms down and around myself for the longest time, but eventually they still go up and out a bit.

    Prepsinning fs or bs is really what mess a lot of jumps. Do you have any tips to not prespin ? I was thinking about looking at the knuckle before rotate but we see on your video that you are not looking at the knuckle when you leave the jump (at least for bs rotation). Also a video on what to look for during the approach, and the different part of the take off + jump until you can see the landing would help (especially bs rotation). Anyway thx for the vids they are awesome :)
