I've opened up my heart on this podcast like never before.
Self belief. A concept I am still learning. There's a huge difference between confidence and self belief. Confidence is easy to learn. It's easy to practice.
But self belief is often an outcome of all the experiences you've had throughout your life. It may be high or it may be beaten up. Going to describe my childhood like never before in today's podcast episode. So if you've ever wanted to know about the history or real life of Ranveer Allahbadia, I think you'll find this episode interesting.
But keep in mind, this episode is not created to talk about me. It's created to talk about my LIFE LESSONS. What I learned from my own pains and trials. I hope that you find learnings, motivation and life hacks through this one. Implicit memories, success mindsets, mental fitness and more... on this special solo episode of The Ranveer Show.

There're certain things I'd like to share here. When you talk about implicit memories, I can only say that I strongly agree. I remember when I was still in school, one day my dad had a huge fight with my mom. I was still asleep when they were fighting. A few minutes later, he entered my room to wake me up. Instead of calling me, he kept hitting me incessantly because I didn't wake up on time for school. But the truth is, he was angry and he thought I was an easy target. Today after so many years, whenever I'm asleep and he enters the room I jump up on my bed. It's just something that's stuck with me. I agree, these memories are like photographs that stick with you forever. I was watching your video with my eyes closed and I kid you not, I was weeping unknowingly. Ranveer, I'm sharing this video with all my friends cause this is going to be one of my all time favourites. :)

I dont understand the hate behind it . And people being indifferent and treating it as normal . And the sad part people judge me for this .

I know i have issues , and i know what i want to be in my life what i value but theres deep pain welling inside me that weigh me down to take action . I admit i am lazy, i procastinate but i cant deny the fact that something within me weighs me drowns me . I suffocate . I have forgotten myself . Or i havent ever get to know the true me at all .
I was good kid . My sibling was the naughty one and me a good kid . To continue this act , to make my parents less worried i have buried my desires , my fighting spirits and Me . I have gone so far i could not realise what my problem was actually . I only knew i was in pain cause i kept comparjng myself with others . But the opuurtinitss i have and the sacrifices my parents did for me it fills me more with regret . I never had anyone to share my true freeelings within me . I cant even properly talk abt it . Maybe i have stopped listening to myself as well . Sacrificing what u need and want in order to be a good child actually makes u have some inner deep down hatred faint , if not hate anger inside of u towards your parents . I have never spoken my actual feelings . Whenever i was in edge of expressing my pain , i ended up getting scolded so badly that my mother ended up crying and i felt more guilty . I know my parents made sacrifices and work hard for me but what to do with this inner pain?u dont want to hate your parents , and i dont want i actually want best for them . U know whenever people say they love their mom and they are their bestest friend , i thought they said it to sound good cause in my experience it never occuree to me , i dont like being around my mom its like i always fear of getting judged as stupid . Complaining abt this while seeing people around me who r less fortunate makes me feel even bad . They r in pain u r in leeser pain makes me feel bad . Idk why it has to happen the way its happening ? I know i can do many things and i want to do it but this deeeeeep resentment and regrets and not expressed emotuons and thiughts weigh me down . Bless me lord .

When I was in first grade, I was one of the rankers in class, most likely third. I didnt really plan it and make it happen, I was too little to understand goals or success. When handing over my report card to me, my class teacher-an angel on earth, told me that she believed in me and wanted me to be first next time. I thought she knew what she was saying so I believed her. Starting at that point I became one of the best students in my school. I stood first in all the divisions from then on. I am a grown adult now but I remember her and pray for her always. I would not have been where I am if not for her.

Hit me right in the feels man! Incredible courage to open up like this and very necessary in these tough times. I recognize the implicit memory issue so clearly as every time I try to sing for real for real I burst out crying uncontrollably. Some asshole adult must have bashed me as a child singing, but I don't remember anything like that. Keep taking action bhai.
One small feedback though: I genuinenly don't think you need bad language and cursing to drive a point home. Even Gary Vee, who's philosophy I like a lot, just sounds super insecure when he's cursing. You're better than that and a great speaker. So if you feel it's valuable feedback take it and run with it. Better every day is the motto. Biggest hug for you!

Last month on 24th May, we had a huge fight and i said unabashedly all the worst things i remember from my childhood to my father and my mind went haywire. That night, i accidentally came across one of your videos and importance of meditation. I am doing daily for 10 minutes since then and trust me it has helped my in ner peace and calmness.. Thank you so much for this podcast. You have helped me more than you can imagine..KUDOS!🙌😍😇

So true...meditation along with journaling has been so cathartic...I remember a few years back after having been through a ton of tons on my back and shoulder and releasing a whole lot of it...I finally put those journals on fire, like a kriya karm and there were mixed feeling...one was the loss and grief of what I used to be, the death of some old part of me and the other was finding release from my cages that had been cocreated with time...and it was beautiful. I knew I was more peaceful, a better person by then...both those things still help.
    Thanks for this.

This is amazing, thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your journey. It takes a lot of courage and resilience to do what you are doing. You know that! Don’t ever doubt yourself. Always believe in yourself. Always listen to your inner child that is happy and full of awe and positivity. Also helps to be mindful what your dad did was out of love and perhaps he didn’t know any better. Forgiving him and understanding he is also a human being with all his mistakes and flaws. Understanding that he still loves you with all his heart and you will always be his little cherished child. Perhaps his worldview is different than yours and his way of motivating is by being dogmatic about his way of life. But that doesn’t take away his pure love for you. I am so happy to hear that you found meditation to help you cope and understand what you were going through and I want to give you a big hug! If you cried via meditation means you are healing and healing is a positive sign! Always be happy and smiling! You have such a positive aura and we are so happy to collectively to be part of your tribe. Big big hugs 💗

Hey Ranveer, actually I had a anxiety attack yesterday and once it was over I was thinking about "why?" . So, I searched within me and I came to know the main reason for that was my issue of
    1. Overthinking
    2. Getting attached to things really quickly.
If you could make a video on overthinking and learning to let go.. I think it will really help me as well as a lot of your viewers too.
    So Yeah, that's it..🙂
