Hi, I signed up for the Plus package 2 days ago and there's a big problem with the Client Dashboard - pages take over 55 seconds to load. Customer Service has been responsive and seem helpful but my current hosting expires in 48 hours.......I would prefer to migrate myself using plugins from within the WP dashboard but without easy access to the NH dashboard I'm getting nervous about how well my site will operate here. I'm located in Australia so the time difference affects conversations. Do you have ANY idea when the issue with the dashboard will be resolved? If not, how long would it take to get a refund - and how difficult is it?
@kurniadinata9136 I've been upgrades from old plans to new. Everyone had to. But the auto install and 1 click sso is not available as wordpress manager is not installed and can't be without root access.

Hi Ryan Your wbsite says ticket system responses are 15 mins and when i submit a ticket it takes hours to get response. On another note why is it you dont have a phone for clients to call
