as someone who struggles communicating with boundaries, these kinds of conversations are so so good to have!! another thing i do with my partners (and friends too!!) that i thought would be handy to some others is to have a certain word we say when something makes us uncomfortable!! something that doesn't have another connotation that we could take some other way (me and the people who i use it with have elected for tea-towel)!! its much more accessible for people who have a hard time saying that they're uncomfortable with something.
(sorry for the ramble, i just thought it'd be nice to share if anyone else struggles with this!! 💖)
