- Hello! Happy New Year to you all :)
It's been such a long time since I last released a GO! TALKS video, so I've decided to start 2022 by sharing a very interesting conversation with Vitor Marques - one of the people responsible for the Historical Cafe Santa Cruz in Coimbra!
This Cafe is installed in an old Church from the 16th century, and makes part of the Route of Historical Cafes of Portugal & Spain. Its 98 years of existence speak for itself, and you should definitely include it in your bucket list when visiting my hometown. It is an absolutely unmissable spot when visiting Coimbra.
Throughout my life I've seen so many events happening here, and I always love to sit inside and appreciate the ceilings and vaults of the original construction. The architecture is mesmerizing and there is so much more to enjoy while having a cup of coffee!
I would like to thank Vitor Marques for taking his time to talk to me and let us all know about the vast History of this place, as well as what's happening right now and what Cafe Santa Cruz team wishes are for the future.
