To get to the pearls under the main meat, why don't you lift the whole membrane, it would be much easier than making a hole and feeling about.

If you research the colors of these pearls you will discover that blue, purple, green, black, white pearls have different hues within them and are not brightly colored. Red, orange, yellow pearls and the such are dyed. Also, there's little to no chance that each pearl would be perfectly round and nearly all the same size with no imperfections. So, yes, all of Pearl Girl's videos are staged.
